Second story apartment above a detached garage. Large bedroom and open living space. Great views of Windsor Reservoir and the Rocky Mountains. Located in Severance in a safe quiet neighborhood. Walk out balcony and private entrance through garage. Apartment comes fully furnished and kitchen has beautiful granite counter tops and all the basic utensils. Walking paths throughout neighborhood and around lake. Separate drive for parking. Located approximately 5 minutes to Windsor and 15 to Fort Collins.

Love it here

This was my second stay at this property. The bed was very comfortable and the soaking tub was wonderful. The great view of the mountains was a bonus.

A great place to stay!

The apartment is super clean and very nice! The communication with Kelly is great and timely! We would definitely stay here again and recommend it for anyone looking for a quiet place to stay!

Great Quiet Stay!

Nice neighborhood and very quiet. Comfortable bed. Very clean and excellent communication from host. Was here for a work trip and it was perfect and perfectly priced. Great value!

Colorado vacation

Everything about our stay was great. The rooms were very large we didn’t feel cramped. Everything was very clean and comfortable. It was like we were home. I would definitely stay again, we loved it. Kelly was a great host, very friendly and quick to respond.

Great visit!

Came here to visit family, stayed four months…beautiful place, stunning scenery (love the mountains)….easy access to shopping and eating places in and around Fort Collins, one of my favorite towns! Loved to sit on the deck to get some sun or read. Hosts were very accommodating…

Peaceful and beautiful setting

Kelly's property was quiet with a gorgeous setting, particularly enjoyed from an elevated deck looking south. The lodging was spacious and open, with a private entrance. Kelly was very responsive and I would recommend highly. Looking forward to returning sometime.

CSU option

This is a great option vs staying in Fort Collins for CSU events. Just 20 minutes away and very comfortable, we really enjoyed our stay during parent’s weekend.

Quiet & Comfortable

We were looking for a quiet and comfortable vacation rental that was out of the hustle and bustle! This was a great location. It had all the comforts of home and we even took advantage of the walking paths in the neighborhood.

Perfect stay for our business/leisure trip

Would definitely stay at Kelly's listening again! The apartment was clean and just as advertised. She was very helpful and easy to communicate with before check in and check out was simple as well. Can't say enough nice things about the experience.

Beautiful property. Very well kept and peaceful place. Bed is a little uncomfortable but I've slept on worse. Overall nice stay.

Colorado get away

Wife and I drove to Colorado for a week get away. Our apartment was perfect. Super clean, quite, nice neighborhood and the location was just the right spot to get to all the places we wanted to go. Will plan on staying here again in the future.

Easy to find; lovely place; quiet!! Scented sheets and towels a bit rough on the allergies, but we will still place this at the top of our list when we visit our new grandbaby again!

Perfect location for our extended stay

This upper level apt was just what we needed for our stay in Northern Colorado. Conveniently located near Ft. Collins & I-25 but still had a quiet rural vibe. Fully equipped with the needful things. Slight challenge navigating the stairs and the claw foot tub. Otherwise it was great.

Wonderful Retreat!

Kelly is an amazing host and was so easy to communicate with. The studio apartment was lovely, spacious and had everything we needed. The views off the deck are spectacular! The location was perfect and close to our son and daughter-in-law in Windsor. We would highly recommend this property and would stay over and over again!

Great Place!

Travelled to Colorado for Colorado State Graduation. The studio is large, comfortable, and well-appointed (Kitchen is fully functional and well stocked). Very quiet. It's about 15-20 minutes to Old Town Ft. Collins. Would gladly stay again!

Great location!

This was our 3rd stay at this property. We love the safe/quiet neighborhood and plan to return this fall. Big selling point for us is access to a secure garage to store our mountain bikes. The location is a short drive to all the surrounding cities. The property has always been clean and fully furnished. Kelly is a wonderful host. Highly recommend this place.

Beautiful Location

We rented this to elope and was just like the pictures. Kelly and her husband was super nice. We was on the go alot but place was so relaxing when we returned. Loved sitting on the balcony looking at the mountains and hearing the waterfall to the pond. Will visit again. But now we want to relocate ..anyone hiring lol 😆

Lovely, comfortable apartment

My request to rent this apartment was quite at the last minute. Kelly communicated with me by phone and all was quickly arranged. The apartment was large and well-equipped, the furniture very comfortable, and the bed/mattress wonderful. I enjoyed my 11 day stay.

Christmas 2023 Stay

Wonderful location if you want to be out of town and yet close enough to town to enjoy shopping, movies, and restaurants. Quiet with a magnificent view of the Northern front range of Rocky Mountain peaks. Easy to locate. Hosts were amazingly gracious when we extended our stay by several days. We never actually met the hosts, but that was ok, we had no need to. We felt that if we had needed to make contact that they would have been easily accessible.

Lovely location in Colorado

Beautiful location and scenery of the mountains & the water was awesome. The unit itself is very cute and comfortable. Quite a few steps to get up to the unit so if you have trouble walking there may be a little bit of a problem. Bathroom has a cute clawfoot bathtub but the sides are kind of high so it's a little difficult getting in and out of it and there is no additional shower. Also visitors should know there is a sheep farm about a mile a and a half north so once in awhile depending on the wind you may have a pretty strong smell that kind of discourages you from sitting on the balcony, but overall we enjoyed our month there very much muchtheonthebalisadditioshower.
