Second story apartment above a detached garage. Large bedroom and open living space. Great views of Windsor Reservoir and the Rocky Mountains. Located in Severance in a safe quiet neighborhood. Walk out balcony and private entrance through garage. Apartment comes fully furnished and kitchen has beautiful granite counter tops and all the basic utensils. Walking paths throughout neighborhood and around lake. Separate drive for parking. Located approximately 5 minutes to Windsor and 15 to Fort Collins.

My husband and I loved staying at this property. It was very clean, quiet and relaxing. We definitely would stay again!!!!Nearby within 10 minutes there is a Walmart for groceries and some restaurants. Windsor a near by town with boutique shops, a great breakfast and/or coffe place (Windsor Lake Café), Ollies's for some of the best fresh donuts.

This property was exceptionally clean and comfortable! It was quiet and a restful, beautiful spot. Kelly was very responsive and helpful from booking to checkout and checked on us after we checked in. I will be back and I would recommend this to friends.

The view was beautiful, the home spotless and tastefully decorated. I absolutely loved the big claw foot tub and the bath salts provided.Would definitely stay here again.

The space was beautiful, clean, and very well stocked. The balcony had a beautiful view of fields and the lake and the bedroom and bathroom had views of the mountains. I was able to sit and listen to the birds and the water and was just really happy and content. Sad to leave, actually!

This is a great place to stay! Away from city noise and lights, quiet and comfortable, but a short drive from shopping and the CSU campus. The weather prevented us from getting to enjoy the patio but we could still enjoy the great view! Very clean and well stocked. Thank you for a great stay!

Great stay!

Host gave excellent communications, and property was one of the best VRBO's we have stayed at! Great location as very quiet, scenic and easy access to local communities. Will plan to stay at the property again when we travel back to the area.

My Wife and myself and daughter had a great time and great stay here. A nice beautiful property, quite and relaxing! Kelly was great! Definitely would stay again in the future when visiting family.

Always a pleasant stay here. This was my second time and it was just as warm and welcoming as the first. The apartment is lovely, claw foot tub inviting and will come back again when next in Fort Collins.

Just as described.. a comfortable, clean and well-stocked apartment in a quiet neighborhood with a lovely view from the spacious balcony. Easy to check in and out. Perfect for our visit to Windsor. We would definitely stay again.

Wonderful stay with a nice location

Thanks for a wonderful stay. We loved the large tub and the bed was super comfy. Molly greeted us one night as we returned, she is a sweatheart. Perfect location just a few minutes from our son we hope to stay again on our next visit.

Love it here

This was my second stay at this property. The bed was very comfortable and the soaking tub was wonderful. The great view of the mountains was a bonus.
