One of a kind property! This is a custom built home in an upscale quiet, desert neighborhood. All residents are very proud of this sought after area. This home has it all for Mom, Dad, the kids plus the grandparents. This large 4-bedroom, 3 bathroom is all on one level with an extra-large patio, salt water pool heated in the winter and putting green in backyard. Families love the space with east and west side bedrooms and oversized outdoor spaces. The home has central air conditioning with guest controlled thermostats. High-speed internet of 1000 mbps provided throughout property. The private backyard pool is within view but far enough away from the patio to have quiet, relaxed conversations: ideal with young and young at heart. This property is ideal for multi-generations. The home is just minutes from Peoria Sports Stadium and Cardinals Stadium, shopping, and restaurants, but still in view of the beautiful north Peoria mountains and desert wildlife. The area is home to Gambel quail, cotton tail bunnies, large jack rabbits and Arizona birds. Guests will see an occasional road runner as well. This home, with its 20’ ceilings and bright sunny windows, is nicely furnished and has extensive kitchenware and soft bedding—truly a home away from home. Guest capacity for day use and overnight stays is 9 persons (adults and children included). The home is not intended to be used as a hub for local extended family and friends or large parties. Guests are asked kindly to respect this property policy.
• Kitchen includes 2 coffee makers: Keurig and 14 cup brewer; high powered blender for everything including mixing drinks; 4-slice toaster; waffle iron; crockpot; electric chopper; electric mixer; popcorn machine; toaster oven; 2 drawers of silverware; Cuisinart pans; dinnerware for ten; pizza pans; fry pans; bakeware; plastic ware; paper products; soaps for body, dishes and dishwasher; lots of plastic ware and wine glasses for inside and outside.
• Great Room has large leather sectional couch for comfortable lounging; extra-large pebble leather lounge chair and ottoman; custom Amish rocking chair; Smart TV, local stations, Wii gaming system.
• House Layout. The great room is in the center of the home with the bar, dining, and kitchen to the right (with one bedroom and bathroom down the hall having easy access to the outdoor patio right across the hall and garage). The 20’ ceiling and large, high windows let in lots of light and make for a very cozy gathering room. Outdoor room is just off the inside great room. Off to the left of the great room is another hallway with access to the front large queen bedroom and the boy/man cave twin bedroom with TV, X-box and gaming chair. Further down this hallway privately situated is the master suite with fireplace, Smart TV, DVD, and master bathroom complete with a garden tub and oversized shower. This bathroom is luxuriously appointed with two opposite counters/sink areas for a true his and hers area each with their own walk-in closet. Toilet is also in separate closed room. 2 car garage access included as well as additional circle driveway. Insulated garage door keeps the garage 20 degrees cooler in the summer. His and her bikes provided. A ping pong table and cornhole set is also on site.
• Bedroom Sleeping. All beds have memory foam and extra pillows. Bedroom 1: Queen; Bedroom 2: Queen; Bedroom 3: 2 twins; Bedroom 4: King (master). Bedrooms are on both sides of this one-level home providing privacy for all ages. (Rollaway bed kept in the home and is ideal for a younger person)
• Outdoor Spaces. Home surrounds a private outdoor patio room; paver extended dining patio; private fenced heated (winter) pebble-tech salt-water play-pool; 30’ putting green used for golfing (clubs for young and old and balls included) or for playing cornhole with a regulation set. Waterfall used with owner permission. Sitting area under large Arizona Palo Brea tree. The home sits on a 1/3-acre corner lot with some of the largest native Arizona trees in the state. (mesquite) The home offers lots of space.
• Neighborhood and Surrounds. Wonderful area for morning walks due to the quiet atmosphere and wildlife: bunnies, quail, native Gila woodpeckers, perched in the mesquite outside the dining room window. Mountain view when walking north on the east side of the home; Campbell’s neighborhood grill and outside eatery is an easy walk up 89th Ave and left on Pinnacle Peak Rd. Place serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
• Home has RV gate for boat, all-terrain vehicles or for RV parking. (No 220 electric provided)
• Home is fully stocked with: all linens; washer/dryer, laundry detergent, fabric softener, toilet paper, tissue, hand soaps, body wash, hair dryers in each bathroom, dishwasher soap, hand dish soap, cleaning supplies, tool kit, first aid kit, fire extinguisher, salt/pepper, sugar, sweetener, spices, ice chest, putters, golf balls, maps, various brochures for local restaurants, events. Guests are invited to bring their own favorite shampoo.
• Home Security. Key-less entry with secure keypads and code. No worry of lost keys.
• Services, Shopping. Several grocery stores, restaurants, fast-food, gas stations, Emergency Care, car repair, drug stores are all within 5-10 minutes by car. A park for kids, a 5 minute drive.
• 83rd Avenue. This road is 2 minutes from the home. Southbound are restaurants, shops, Costco, Arrowhead Mall, Peoria Stadium, Ice Rink.
• Highway Access. 101 Loop is 10 minutes from house and provides access to Cardinal Stadium, International Raceway. Also accessible by highway from the home: Phoenix Zoo, Papago Park, downtown Phoenix with the Children's Museum and a host of other museums, theaters, restaurants, and Chase Stadium--home to the Diamondbacks. Check out the Musical Instrument Museum (MIM) during the day with the kids, or for others, the MIM Summer Concert Series. Talking Stick Arena is also downtown. Head north on I-17 to the Ben Avery Shooting Facility and Ben Avery Skeet Shooting Facility. Arizona is unique and I think it is one of the most beautiful states in the U.S. The warm winters make it an ideal vacation spot and I have seen the culture of this area develop into a place that has something for everyone. Hiking in the Grand Canyon 6 different times with family and friends has left me with some great memories. Sedona and Oak Creek Canyon, only a couple of hours away, has also provided my family some great vacations, with fishing, blackberry picking, and watching wildlife. The weather in the valley makes it ideal to be outside much of the time!

This vacation home allowed me to come and see my son and daughter and grandchildren just about any time I wanted to. Because the house is large with an open split floorplan, it was easy to have all of us together. The courtyard design with bedrooms on both sides of the house allows multigenerational families to have privacy. Grandma and grandpa love having the bedroom over by the kitchen and allows them to get up early and make coffee without waking up others.

I love the area because the homes have lots of space offering a peaceful environment in a natural desert surrounding. The great room with 20' ceilings and open floor-plan extends beyond to the large patio, pool and putting green area. The doors from hallways and master bedroom that open on to the back patio make it easy to go and enjoy the wonderful Arizona air. Children can swim within view but still are far enough from the patio so that family lounging don't get splashed! I love that the home sits on a 1/3 acre corner lot and offers so much privacy. Wildlife abounds with bunnies and quail especially early in the morning! The area is also great for walking with little traffic and lots of saguaro cactus.
