Fantastic time

Had everything we needed. Very quiet neighborhood with beautiful views of the mountains. Owners were quick to respond to all of the questions we had. Property was clean and relaxing. Highly recommend!

WOW ! What a wonderful place.

Great place, wonderful home and great hospitality. My stay was very comfortable and relaxing. Enjoyed the backyard with tub and the home is well equipped with all the amenities such as cable tv , high speed internet . The neighborhood is very peaceful and beautiful. I strongly recommend this home for medium or long term stay,

Amazing Stay Experience for our Anniversary

We had a great time! All the comforts of home! Amazing backyard experience with temperature controlled TUB in the corner set home, not only gave us privacy but the relaxation that we were looking for. The entire neighborhood is very peaceful and we felt very welcomed in our 18th anniversary! This vacation rental exceeded all expectations. Good home base in Phoenix area

A great home base to explore the Peoria/Glendale/Phoenix area, this home has a nicely xeriscaped front yard and plenty of large windows so you can enjoy the lovely Arizona landscape. We found the 4 bedrooms with their abundance of shelves to be a good size for our party. (The morning sun in the master bathroom was so golden and beautiful - it made me glad to be awake and in AZ!) The house had a strong odor of mothballs, along with air fresheners and scented oils, which our family found very overwhelming. The open kitchen and dining room area was easy to use, and the large kitchen island was very handy for setting our food on for access and prep. It is very thoughtful to have a stroller in the front closet! The house is located about 20 min from Lake Pleasant Regional Park, which is definitely worth a visit. We found the Roadrunner trail out to a sometimes-island (depending on water level) to be a winner with everyone including the younger kids. The Pipeline Canyon trail was enjoyed more by the older crew. I think there are local trails from the subdivision up through the Westwing Mountain Preserve as well.

Spring Training Base

Owners were friendly and communicated well. We were there for spring training games.Quiet area. House was base for our trips out to various ball parks.Nice size house for our big group of 8.Nice outside patio area. It would have been nice to have a little more comfortable seating for our large party. In the bathroom a shower liner and some updated towels. updated towels.improvements?

We couldn’t have asked for a nicer location! The four bedrooms accommodated my outdoor loving family and friends very well. Owner was helpful !

MyStay

Need new sheets for all beds. Sheets on one bed stained and had hair.... seemed like it was not changed. Host responded but kinda late as was already half our stay. Master bedroom bathroom need fixing as the master show had wall paper inside to hide problems and tap on glass door was falling off. Would have liked to park car in garage but had no access to garage so we had to unload every evening our sports equipment. Need new window coverings as the curtains were a patchwork.

2523 Quail Track, Peoria

Nice house. Good location. Lots of common space. We especially enjoyed sitting out on the back porch in the early mornings and in the evening. Special treat was the full moon, fully visible from the back porch and MSBR window. Garage was not available. We wish we could have used it to keep the car(s) cooler in the daytime. The driveway accommodates 2 cars only. Cars are not allowed to remain over night on the street. We hope we can use this house again when visiting family nearby.

Arizona get away

This home was a great place for my small family stay for the weekend. There was plenty of room for everyone. The area was very quiet and away from the hustle and of the city. I have stayed at hotels in the past but I chose to stay in a house because I needed to accommodate my family. This was a great option for us. The home was very clean and had everything I needed. I would definitely stay here again if I visit my family in Arizona in the near future.

Decent Property

The stay was nice and everything was clean. It has plenty of space. The decor was minimal and slightly tacky but it worked. 1 bed was comfortable, and the other 2 we slept on were not great. There was a hot tub but the owner stated it wasnt working properly and was having someone come work on it, so we never tried it. Over all it served its purpose and we had a great time and it was a nice stay.

Clean and spacious!

Very nice property. We all had our own bedrooms and our own bathroom sinks since each bathroom had two sinks. The beds were comfy and the patio was nice to sit on. The neighborhood was very nice and you could take a short trail to the coffee shop which had many yummy pastries and good coffee. We enjoyed our stay!
