My niece & her husband stayed there for their honeymoon. They said it was absolutely perfect! Everything was as pictured. Communication was great. Definitely would stay there again!

Perfect for my family of 3. Pool was great and close to everything. We were 20 mins or less from anything you want to do. Quiet neighborhood.

Overall a great stay, very cute and cozy. Couldn’t help but notice the air unit in the bedroom was blowing very hard so it was warm. The couch was more comfortable with the back cushions off.

We had a great stay at the property, marred by some small confusion as the property is no longer listed with VRBO and we had some initial difficulty communicating with the host. The property was beautiful and the pool was a dream. Very glad no one was staying in the main house so we could have the pool to ourselves

Wonderful space. We really enjoyed the lovely pool, and quick access to Long Leaf Park. Great location. Bonus: great shower!! Very attentive host. Win-win!

Great bungalow minutes away from everything. The pool area was great. A lot of seating and kept up. The property was well maintained. It was exactly what I needed for my trip. The property is pet friendly which is great and hard to find.

All the photos were accurate, and Stefani was easy to communicate with. The neighborhood was pleasant and the park was down a path across the street. Can’t say enough positive things about this rental!

Loved my two night stay here, the house and room was very clean and nice! AC worked great, enjoyed watching a movie on the couch. Didn’t get to experience the pool this time around but hope to next time.

The host was quick to respond on any issues that I had. Right across from park was the perfect spot. It was the perfect little spot for 1 person or a couple.

Stefani’s bungalow in the heart of Long Leaf Hills Park was fantastic. It was perfect for a weekend getaway—close to great food, local events, the beaches, and everything else we needed.Stefani made the entire experience seamless. She was easy to work with, attentive, and ensured every detail was spot-on. My wife and I will definitely stay here again.Thanks for making my birthday weekend special and relaxing!

Stefani and here husband are FABULOUS hosts! Stefani is so responsive to messages and genuinely wants to know how to help you have the best stay. She helped me understand how to adjust the AC and Heat (just pointing the remote at the units to adjust the temps), she replaced the coffee maker when it continued to give me errors (and she replaced it in just a few hours!). The bungalow is a renovated space detached from the main house, but don't let that fool you - it's beautifully renovated inside so it is clean, comfy, vibrant for anyone to enjoy the space :) More important, you'll be in a safe and friendly neighborhood. If you have a dog - the bonus is being right across the street from a park with 1.5-2 miles of walking trail!My dog and I so enjoyed staying here, exploring all around Wilmington and Wrightsville. Go stay with Stefani!

The property was ok. We had trouble getting in as the keypad didn’t unlock the deadbolt. The WiFi didn’t work the first 2 days we were there, and the coffee pot never worked. The property owner came to reset the WiFi and check on the coffee pot, but when we returned neither were working. I did not receive another response after texting that the problems unresolved. I also recommend adding a window covering to the second bedroom window.

Wonderful property! Well maintained and stocked with everything you need. The pool was a great perk in a nice quiet neighborhood. Close to campus and short drive to the beach. Would highly recommend!

The owner was super responsive. Housekeeping could have done a better job. A whole load of laundry was left half wet in dryer from previous guests and dried laundry was left on closet floor unfolded. Simple, cute space, great shampoos in shower. Pool was a bit low on water but nice to relax in. Coffee machine, but no coffee there. AC worked very well in living room. Nice place overall.

This property has a lot of charm and excellent potential. The location was very quiet, cozy, and relaxing, which made for an enjoyable stay overall.Future guests should be aware that you'll likely need to bring or purchase some essentials, such as paper towels, toilet paper, and other basic supplies that are often included in similar vacation rentals.The property could also benefit from a more thorough cleaning. We noticed cobwebs in several corners and above a few doorways, and there was a slight odor when we arrived, so we purchased a plug-in air freshener and a few cleaning supplies. The floors appeared to need mopping, and while the towels, washcloths, and comforter had been laundered, yet the white linens had visible spots and the darker towels had lint and some sort of hairs on them. We ended up washing all of the linens before use. We also found hairs on the bathroom sink, as though someone had recently trimmed their hair there.The kitchen trash and recycling bins were already full upon our arrival, and the bedroom closet contained numerous bags and items, leaving little to no space for hanging clothes or storing our belongings.The pool is a great size and was enjoyable to use, though the surrounding area could use some tidying and maintenance.On a positive note, the staff communicated effectively when they discovered the entry keypad battery was failing and promptly provided instructions on how to access the property.Overall, this wasn't a bad stay.
