This little place was so cute! The house and furnishings were clean, and the landscaping was beautiful. Close to downtown, the beach and UNC-Wilmington's campus. The perfect centralized location with multiple restaurants, shops, bars and breweries.

The house is great! It was too cold to enjoy the outside, but the inside was so comfortable. It was very clean, coffee pods available as well as a snack basket. The location is great with easy access to grocery stores and restaurants. The kitchen was equipped with good pans and the appliances were sparkling.

Overall the space was great. Very clean, open, and spacious. The outdoor seating area made a grat place to relax in the morning with breakfast. The kitchen had coplete cookware and utensils including ones specifically for the kids. Having a dishwasher and washer and dryer were great. Every detail seemed thought through. Very impressed with this space and Wilmington Vacation Homes!

Wonderful Apartment

Duplex was immaculate and very spacious. It also had a nice garden and sitting area in back. The location was very convenient to everything; however, the street was very quiet. I would definitely stay again if vacationing in that area!
