Recently remodeled guesthouse centrally-located on a quiet street near the heart of downtown Wilmington. Within the Soda Pop District, you'll find several great breweries, coffee houses, and restaurants within a few blocks. After an afternoon of fun at the beach or visiting downtown shops and restaurants, kick back on the spacious front porch with a drink and fire or perhaps hang out on the comfy couch to enjoy some TV. No matter what brings you to our charming city, we hope you feel right at home.

Jason’s Vrbo was exactly as described, and the location was terrific to explore the Wilmington area and local beaches! Jason was quick to answer any questions that we had, and made great recommendations for local food and activities. Be sure to visit the Riverwalk and the battleship North Carolina, they will not disappoint ! We felt safe in our local travels, and parking was not an issue We would return in the future, if traveling in the area, it is a great place to stay !

Fantastic place to stay! Really clean, great balcony to sit outside. Really close to downtown Wilmington. Hosts were close by and extremely nice and helpful with anything you needed. We will definitely be renting again.

Super cute property, well-maintained. The kitchen and bathroom are large and modern, the bed is very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

Great place for two people near the action without being in it. Has all the essentials for your stay and provides a ton of recommendations for things to do. We loved our stay and hope to come back soon! Highly recommend staying here if you come to the area!

Sweet little spot just on the corner of a great and growing neighborhood, the Sodapop District. It was easily walkable and perfect for our pup to be able to explore with us. The house is updated with everything you need and a beautiful porch that looks out on the quiet neighborhood. Hosts were responsive and thoughtful. Look forward to staying again.

The location was perfect for getting exercise and exploring downtown on foot. Everything was within walking distance — shopping, sightseeing, great restaurants, and relaxing walks along the riverwalk. Jason and Katie were warm, welcoming hosts who responded quickly whenever I had questions. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet, with birds serenading you in the mornings. I really enjoyed my stay and would happily return.

The place was exactly like described. It was very clean and the owners went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Great location to walk to most things we wanted to do. Cute porch to sit outside as well. We would stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay! The host was extremely communicative and made everything easy from start to finish. The place looked exactly like the photos, was well-stocked, and had everything we needed. The location was perfect and very convenient. I would highly recommend this property and would absolutely stay here again.

Everything was wonderful about our stay. The place was extremely clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. We had everything that we needed. Jason and Katie were wonderful hosts. They even offered early check in if we wanted it. We were surprised to see a nice hand written thank you note from them when we arrived. We felt very welcome.The neighborhood is very quiet and safe. The location is perfect only 1 mile to the riverfront and close to the beach parking is very easy.We would definitely stay there again if we are in the area.

This charming condo was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. It couldn't have been more inviting to our dog. The location is perfect with lots of nearby bars, eateries, cafes and shopping. The hosts were exceptional and readily available. All in all this property made our visit to Wilmington a very pleasurable experience.

Birthday trip to Wilmington

We absolutely loved it and will be back with family. Only place in Wilmington we will stay now. 20 min walk to downtown and tucked in a quiet neighborhood with great hosts. Can’t wait to come back for a longer stay.

Katie and I both grew up in Tennessee. We moved to Wilmington to be closer to my family and enjoy the beach. We love hosting because it allows us to meet new people and open ourselves to new places. We're right next door, so we often interact with guests, which has been rewarding.

Por qué eligió esta propiedad

We live in the neighborhood and love it. It's close to a lot of good restaurants and is not too far from the beach. We're close to the action but far enough away to enjoy peace and quiet. We know and love all our neighbors and often gather during summer weekends and holidays.

All of our guests so far have loved our location for the same reasons as we do - convenient to everything yet still quiet and walkable. You get the opportunity to feel like a local while here.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

The front porch is a highlight. It's big with plenty of seating. It also sits high (thus the name Bird's Eye View), so it feels private as well. Otherwise, we have solid furniture and a Fully-equipped kitchen. The home has all the comforts of home.
