This condo is located within the Diria Resort--the only Beachfront Resort in Tamarindo. Within the Diria Resort there are two different common areas, one for condo guests and the second one for hotel guests only. As a guest of the condo, you have access to the 10,000 square foot free-form pool right in front of the condo only, where you can enjoy access to the Tamarindo beach through the Diria Resort property, including access to Diria shops and restaurants. The breakfast buffet is not included in the rate but is available for an additional cost subject to availability.


The rest of the hotel amenities such as towels, Tropicana pool, lounge chairs and gym are only available for hotel guests. We provide pool and beach towels and foldable chairs specifically for your use within the condo area. completely free of charge, ensuring that you have everything you need right in your condo. The guest bedroom has 1 queen bed and 1 twin size trundle bed. The unit boasts spacious living and dining areas, cable TV in the family room, free high-speed WiFi, phone, and A/C. Need a travel crib? No problem! Just reach out our concierge team to arrange one. Keep in mind they are subjected to availability and have an additional charge.

There is also a washer and dryer inside the unit for your convenience.

The remodeled kitchen is fully stocked and features all cooking utensils and supplies. The property has an in-room safe as well as 24-hour security, and secure parking. Pet Friendly

Your dog is very welcome to this unit! In case you want to travel with your beloved four-pawns friend, there are three basic rules:

- An extra refundable deposit of $300 is needed in case of any damage.

- We must clean a bit more after you pet that’s why an extra cleaning fee of $50 is required.

- And your pet must be submitted to a pre-approval process.

*No puppies or pets different from dogs are allowed.
