The host was very family, friendly, and accommodating. We had an absolute awesome time. Will definitely stay again. I was able to work a little bit remotely, my wife was able to cook easily with the things provided in the kitchen, and my three-year-old loved the toys, children, books, and outside play area. A host.

We had a wonderful stay at this home. The house was clean, comfortable and the entire home felt welcoming and relaxing. The location was perfect and convenient for everything we wanted to do. We appreciated the quick communication from our host. We enjoyed our stay here.

First family getaway

Getting away for the first time as a family of three was nerve wrecking. Our now 18 month old was born 4 months early and this was our first getaway. This home was the perfect place to stay. The home was very clean and kid friendly. We enjoyed watching the sunrise from the kitchen window each morning. We cannot wait to visit again.

If I could leave 10 stars I would. First time in Kemah and definitely won’t be my last. House was beautiful and clean. Host supplied everything. Responded quickly. Very quiet neighborhood. Loved that they had a lot of things for kiddos to stay entertained. 10/10 for sure.

Wonderful stay!

The property had a ton of outdoor and indoor activities for kids to do. The hosts was very accommodating to the plethora of things you could do outside. They also responded promptly when calling/messaging. The inside was very well kept and spacious. The beds and sofas were comfy and there was a ton of cutlery dishware provided, even some for the kids. There was a nice view of the water outside. Overall it was a great stay. We would book again.

Your kids cannot mess the place up, but we paid what we felt like was quite a bit of money for a place that was not what it looked like in the photos. We felt safe, we had everything we needed, but I did not want to take my shoes off here. A lot of dust, a very old place in desperate need of a deep cleaning. My issue…they do not disclose the area very well, and just know if your kids can read… when you turn off the main highway there is a “men’s club” with big ole’ blue and purple flashing lights on the corner. I had to distract my son when we turned in so he didn’t ask about it. Not located in the best part of town. There were some very nice places on the same street, but not so much a street or two over. It was quiet for the most part. The enclosed gate was good for kids. The stairs are steep if you are bringing in loads of luggage.

Kiddo's Paradise

Its a property and area that i would definitely recommend if you have children 8 and under. The yard area is sectioned off between a large firepit and patio chairs and then one specifically for children with a large playground. Upstairs, theres a lovely kitchen with compact amenities but they ecerything you need. Sectioned off wall between kids playroom and a bedroom. And another bedroom right next to the entrance. All in all it was a wonderful stay. The owners were very easy to chat with and their kids didnt mind sharing their stuff with ours. Made evident buly the literal wall of toys. It was nice

Alles war wie beschrieben. Ordentlich, sauber und ruhig gelegen. Nur die Küche ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und könnte optisch ein wenig aufgepeppt werden. (z.B. passten vorhandene Backbleche leider nicht in den Ofen)Sehr guter Kontakt zu den Vermietern. Anliegen wurden zeitnah behoben oder erledigt.Bis Galveston war es nicht weit. Wir brauchten im Schnitt ca. 20 Minuten mit dem Auto bis zur Stadt.Vielen Dank für unsere schöne Woche in Bacliff!
