Awesome Getaway

Our family had fun fishing on the pier and enjoying the view of the bay. Check in was simple and communication with the host was super easy.

Great family getaway

Great long weekend getaway with the family. The house was nice, clean and the fishing was great. Owner was very helpful and communicated greatly with us.

Another good stay

This was our 2nd stay with John. We are perfectly satisfied at this home. It is easy to find, in a good neighborhood and very roomy. We enjoy fishing from the pier, though a sturdy handrail would be most welcome when we come and go from the fishing deck. It’s a great house and John is a good host. This place is a keeper. Thanks, John. Hope to see you again soon.

Labor Day Weekend!

A/C is cold and the rooms are very comfortable!! Owner is super nice and accessible. Everyone that visited my family that weekend caught fish off the dock, both day and night!!!! We intend to be regular renters!!!!

Nicest Place to Stay.

We had a wonderful stay for two weeks. Our host John Dues really took care of us and made sure everything was in order for us. He even came later in the week to set up another bed for us as my son and his friend came to stay for a couple of days. The beds were very comfortable. We loved the large deck and had coffee and our lunch out at the picnic table. We had a nice dock to fish from and caught some nice fish. I cannot say enough good things about this house and our host. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Great location and friendly owner

We are enjoyed staying here. It is an excellent location with a beautiful dock. We caught some big back drum at the pier. The owner is friendly; he comes to help us bring down the bed. There are two bathrooms, but only one has a shower. The house has everything you need for cooking. I will come back when I have a chance. Highly recommend

GREAT TIME

Place was so clean. We wiped down the dining table and there wasn't any dust on it. Same with the floors, we have never stayed somewhere even the floors were so clean. Great spot for fishing, kids all caught something. Fishing would have been better but the passing storm really messed up the water. Kids had fun playing on the foosball table downstairs, while the grown-ups enjoyed spending time out on the deck. And the sunrises were beautiful. Loved everything and can't wait to go back soon.

Great Area

Perfect location for July 4th fireworks and family fishing trip. John was helpful and there were easy to follow instructions at the house. Neighborhood was clean and quiet. Pier was awesome. Bait store close. Only frustration was cockroaches in the kitchen at night, however, running the dish washer kept them at bay and many houses on the coast have them. Difficult to control once they are around. Game room nice. Bring your own board games.

Stay was awesome. Information book was on point for the fishing we were planning. Communication with host was great. We prolly caught 100 fish croker, specks, pinfish, ladyfish, redfish, sheepshead and alligator gar.

Quick getaway

This is our third time renting this property for our family. That pretty much sum it up. Residential security is pretty observant to the surroundings and it should be. Looking forward to many more visits and I highly suggest this place to all who are looking to get away from the everyday grind of the big city.

Great House and Dock

The house is well kept, has everything you could need and the dock was plenty big for four of us to fish together. We all caught several fish. The owner was super helpful. We will definitely be back.

I am an avid outdoors man. I love being on the water either fishing , water skiing or just taking in the sights. When I retire I will reside here because of the relaxing atmosphere.

If you enjoy a cup of coffee watching the sun rise over the water or a cocktail watching the moon rise then this is the place. I only live 10 minutes away and during the summer when the heat is unbearable at my house, I can relax on the deck and it feels 10 to 15 degrees cooler.
