Lovely, family size vacation home can accommodate 10 people (ideal for family vacation, gathering or friends reunion). This beautiful home has 5 bedrooms (all with newly installed laminated hardwood floor) & 3 washrooms (2 ensuites), good size kitchen equip with all stainless steel appliances and eat-in breakfast area. Living & Dining Rooms are laid with non-slippery high quality porcelain tiles. Living Room with W/O to Patio and Privately Fenced Swimming Pool and Spa (all in one system). The pool and spa can be heated separately (but not together) with additional cost. Detail will be provided if needed.

Outside security camera for extra protection and peace of mind during your vacation.

The house was great! It was plenty big enough for all of us and we all enjoyed ourselves there! Would stay at again if we go back to Florida!

It was perfect for what we needed!

The place was perfect for a small girls trip! The hot tub didn’t work for us but the property manager Gwen was very nice and answered right away.

House was close to everything and very convenient to get to. Store and food options very close by. House was big enough for all of us.

Disney 2024

Plenty of room at the house, well maintained and clean. We primarily just slept in the room as we spent full days at the Disney Parks.

Holiday Getaway

Overall we had a wonderful experience! The owners were very nice and always responded to my calls and questions in a timely manner. The place was clean but it could use some deeper cleaning. Highly recommend booking and will probably rent again!

Great Stay!!

Nice property!! Very quiet neighborhood. Sheriff lives across the street. Spent most of the days at the parks and it was nice to come back to a quiet house away from the hubbub of the parks. Universal was about an hour way and Disney around 1/2 hour.

Great communication with the host and manager. The pool heater wasn’t working our first day but that was quickly resolved. Cleanliness was very good. I think all shower heads should be replaced with adjustable ones because the current ones put out a hard stinging spray. All window blinds could be replaced. These minor issues wouldn’t stop me from renting the house again but fixing them would make the stay more pleasant.

Great vacation home

My family and I spend a week in this vacation home. We had a wonderful time here. It's located in a very quiet and safe neighborhood. Close to many shops like Walmart, Lowe's and Dollar Tree. It's a very clean, spacious and well maintained home. Easy check-in process. Great amenities. We really enjoyed ourselves at this vacation home. The communication with the owners and property manager was also great. We will definitely stay here again.

It is my dream to own a vacation home in Orlando so that I can enjoy the nice weather for an annual vacation with my family and friends as well as having some rental income to support the maintenance costs of this house.

I chose this property mainly because of the excellent layout of this property and its neighborhood in terms of safety and convenience. Approx. 5 minutes drive to a 24-hour Walmart Superstore, Lowes Hardware Store, Bank of America, restaurant and quick access to US 27/interline 192. The house is located in the central part of Florida which only takes 15 to 20 minutes drive to Disney Theme Parks/golf courses/Premium Outlets; 45 to 50 minutes to Orlando Airport and an hour drive to the Cruise Port. Delicious Chinese/Japanese/Vietnamese Foods/Chinese Supermarket. Just an hour drive to Hard Rock Casino & Clear Water Beach in Tampa; 2-1/2 to 3 hours drive to West Palm Beach, Fort Lauderdale and Miami Beach.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

This fully furnished 5 bedrooms home has an excellent layout that gives a great flexibility for a big family, a big group of friends or a few small families to enjoy their vacation together so as to reduce cost. Other than 2 split ensuite bedrooms come with queen size beds, there are 3 other bedrooms each has two single beds and a full bathroom at the other side of the house. There are additional 2 single folding beds to accommodate 2 more guests (totally sleep up to 12 person). The open concept kitchen equips with 4 stainless steel appliances. The upgraded TV cable and free in-house high speed Wi-Fi, as well as the private beautiful outdoor heated pool/hot tub at the back of the house enhance the enjoyment of the vacationers during their stay in the house.
