This unit boasts all the fun amenities you could ask for on vacation… a brand new, fenced-in pool (can be heated during the cooler months by inquiry only), an outdoor shower, a putting green, a lounge area with outdoor grill, and a fire pit!
Upon entering the unit, you are welcomed to a beautiful, open-concept living room and kitchen with new furniture and appliances. Across from the kitchen you will find a half bathroom and a washer and dryer. Make your way upstairs to find a King size bedroom with an attached balcony to sip your morning coffee, a bathroom with a standing shower, and an additional bedroom with a pull-out trundle bed.
Looking to sleep more than 2? Inquire about Folly Flats Unit A and/or Unit B, two units connected to Unit C that are located in the same space. Unit A and Unit B each offer a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom space and sleep an additional 2 people each.
