Thank you for taking the time to review our home. We appreciate your feedback, and we are sorry to hear of the inconveniences you had during your stay. I do see maintenance stopped by the home to ensure the heater was working as it should but due to the low temperatures we had the heater was taking longer to heat up the pool. Our homes are individually owned and are scheduled to be cleaned once a week by a licensed pool contractor as well as trash pickup. It is listed inside the home the pool cleaning days as well as trash pickup days. We are not sure the time the pools are cleaned therefore we cannot always advise the guest as to what time to expect the pool techs to clean the pools, but we do provide the days scheduled. We are sorry to hear you experience with us was not the best, but we hope you can give our company another chance for a future booking.
