Great location! Close to shopping, golf, food, Disney. Secure, gated community, quiet. Highly recommend. Good communication with host. We enjoyed our stay!!!

We enjoyed our stay. Great and safe neighborhood. House was clean and we were able to reach our host when needed. The only things were that it took the pool a long time to heat and while we were gone I got a message saying a maintenance man was in the home.

It was very easy to keep in contact with the owner. We had a hiccup with the bed they didn’t realize was broke and they had a new one they put together at the house very quickly. It was nice to be able to heat the pool because it was so cold. It was a convenient area to stay in to go to Disney. They do have some dishes there to use which was nice. The floors were not the cleanest when we got there but the rest of the house seemed cleaned which I wouldn’t put in the owner that would be the cleaning crew. Overall it was a good experience and I would suggest it to others especially if you’re in a budget.

Really awesome value and a great house. The pool was in great shape and we had everything we needed. Good location for people wanting to do Disney or Universal or if you just want a nice big house with a pool!

Vacation vibes

Beautiful place and very cozy. The only small thing it needs is a handle getting in and out of pool. Especially for people who are disable with bad knees.

Beautiful home just a close drive to the parks! The home owner was friendly and easy to chat with. Overall no major complaints besides the cleanliness not being up to my standards. The linens didn’t smell freshly cleaned (sheets and towels). I ended up purchasing face towels and detergent for the home and rewashed everything. Dead bugs on the floor that we vacuumed. Ant hives all over the outside of the property but thankfully none on the inside. Lots of potential for this home so I think they could easily get to 5 stars if they address the cleanliness and adding more stables to their pantry (coffee maker filters, salt and pepper, cooking oil, fresher towels without stains).

Communication with Rosa was fantastic, she responded to messages within a couple of hours, even in the evenings.The location is excellent: about 25 minutes to Disney and roughly an hour to Universal (Because of traffic). The nearby highway 27 area has a great range of restaurants, takeaways, drive-throughs, and other conveniences. We even used DoorDash and had items delivered from US companies that aren’t available in the UK.The villa itself is large and spacious, and all the beds were comfortable. We made good use of the washer/dryer, dishwasher, and cooker, all of which worked perfectly. The huge TV and sofa was great for evenings and rainy days. Lots of poolside furniture which is a little dated but still comfortable, a great large BBQ and some pool toys.There were a few creature comforts missing. For example, additional storage like chest of drawers in all bedrooms (especially the kids’ room as they couldn't reach the shelves in the closet) would have been helpful. The kitchen could also be better stocked with more cups, mugs, and cutlery, particularly if the villa is at full occupancy.Overall, we felt the villa is better suited to short-term stays rather than longer visits like ours. We did purchase a few extra items during our stay, which we’ve left behind for future guests. We would happily return again.

Let’s start with positives. The house was large. Beds were comfy. Pool area is big, lots of room for multiple people. Negative: entire roof is tarped and has cement bags holding it on. There was no communication about this prior to arrival. We cleaned out all the drawers and washed all dishes. It was disgusting. The entire one draw was full of grease and black specs of soemthing. Dishes in cupboards dirty. Pool heat was an issue. We went to buy a pool thermometer. Finally on the 3 rd day it was 80. But then we were accused of playing with temperature gauge? That they found the pool was over 100? The pool never went above 80. And we had no idea where or how to change anything. Company did admit that a piece was broken precious and was replaced on the second last day. On day 3 the fridge that was from the 80s broke down.We had a huge mess to clean up. Water everywhere. All of our groceries went bad. They were not able to bring another fridge until late into the next day. The fridge the did bring smelled like swap water; we cleaned it inside and out. It was left in the middle of the kitchen cause it was too big. When it finally was clean and cold we went and had to buy groceries all over again. Only to find out that they came in while we were away (we were not aware) and changed it to another. No face clothes, dish towels, dish clothes. Not enough silverware. We have stayed at a lot of rentals. We will never rent here again. We are easy going and keep our rentals clean.

Would love to say more but no more room. They need to put money into this rental. If they aren’t willing, they shouldn’t rent it.
