Waterfront Paradise: Enjoy serene views of the inlet from every angle, whether you're sipping your morning coffee or paddling at sunrise. The property’s small inlet beach is perfect for kayaking, crabbing, or playtime with the kids.

Easy Beach Access: Take a short stroll to "The Pointe", the private neighborhood beach, perfect for swimming, sunbathing, and family fun.

Heated Saltwater Pool: Relax by the custom pool featuring a waterfall, lounge seating, and al fresco dining area. Heating is available in spring and fall for $500 + tax per week when temperatures are 60°F or higher.

Chef’s Kitchen: The fully stocked gourmet kitchen includes a Keurig Duo (K-cup + drip), waffle iron, essential spices, and everything you need to prepare meals with fresh, locally sourced seafood from Harrelson's or Seven Seas!

Expansive Screened Porch: Designed for family gatherings, this beautiful space offers a dining table with four benches, a cozy lounge area with plush couches, and a charming swing bench. Perfect for shared meals, lively games, or unwinding with tranquil inlet views, it’s the ultimate spot to relax together.

Luxurious Bedrooms: Seven thoughtfully designed bedrooms offer elegant decor, plush bedding, and restful retreats for all.

Endless Entertainment: With spacious living areas, fast and secure WiFi, and indoor & outdoor family games, Pop-a-Cork is perfect for groups of all ages.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
The home accommodates up to 16 guests. For families, couples trips, or groups who don’t mind sharing beds, the home comfortably accommodates 16. For groups preferring individual sleeping arrangements, such as golfing or fishing trips, this home is best suited for up to 10 guests.

PRIVATE POOL
The heated saltwater pool features a beautiful waterfall and plenty of lounge space. Pool heating is available during April 1 – May 31 and September 1 – October 31 for an additional $500 + tax per week. Heating is unavailable if temperatures drop below 60°F.


PROXIMITY TO BEACHES
Private Beach: Accessible during mid-to-low tide, the property's small inlet beach is perfect for paddle boarding, kayaking, crabbing, or playtime. The sand is softer in some areas and may sink slightly underfoot.

The Pointe (Main Beach): A short walk away, the neighborhood's private beach offers pristine sand, swimming, and vibrant summer days with boats gathering along the shoreline.


INLET HARBOR VEHICLE POLICY
The gated community enforces the following vehicle policy:

A $100 vehicle fee per reservation covers up to 4 vehicles and is included in your booking. Additional vehicles may be parked for $25 each (max 8 vehicles).

Motorcycles, boats, and golf carts are NOT PERMITTED within the community. However, the area offers incredible boating experiences, including a floating tiki bar, sunset cruises with karaoke, private fishing charters, and more. Adventure awaits just outside the gates!


EVENTS & WEDDINGS
Host your special celebration at Pop-a-Cork! Ideal for weddings or events with up to 30 attendees, this home offers a truly memorable venue.

A $5,000 event fee is required in addition to the booking price, and guests must sign a liability waiver and damage protection agreement. All event rentals, including chairs, tables, and equipment, must be arranged by the guests through a professional service provider. For those planning a beach ceremony, it must be held on the main neighborhood beach rather than the property’s inlet beach.


LOCATION
Pop-a-Cork is perfectly situated on the inlet, offering breathtaking views of the ocean, marsh, and picturesque Murrells Inlet. Just moments from "The Pointe" private beach and a short drive from Garden City's most beloved restaurants, including Gulf Stream Cafe and the Quay, you’ll enjoy convenient access to fine dining, live music, and lively bars.

For adventure seekers, the nearby Marsh Walk is a hub for exciting water activities, including boat rentals, sunset cruises, tiki boat rides, and charter fishing trips. FAQ
1. How many guests does the home comfortably sleep?
The home offers 6 king beds, each with its own private bath, 2 twin beds + 2 trundle beds located in a single room with its own private bath, and a queen daybed with a trundle in the sunset room (open space with no door or bath).

For families or groups traveling as couples and/or with children who are comfortable sharing beds, the home can sleep up to 16 guests: 12 guests in the 6 king beds, 1-2 in the queen daybed, and the remaining guests in the twins/trundles.

For couples trips, the home most comfortably accommodates 14, with one couple per bedroom.

For groups requiring individual sleeping arrangements, such as golf or fishing trips, the home is best suited for 10 guests: 1 guest in each of the 6 king bedrooms, with the remaining 4 guests either in each of the 4 twin beds in bedroom #7 or split between 2 guests in bedroom #7 and 2 guests in the sunset room.

2. Check in & Check Out
Check-in is at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-ins or late check-outs must be approved in advance. When there is no same-day turnover, we are happy to offer early check-in starting at 12:00 PM at no additional cost. For earlier arrivals, a $300 fee applies.

Late check-out until 1:00 PM is also available if there is no same-day turnover and must be agreed upon in advance. Any check-outs later than 1:00 PM will incur a $300 fee.

3. Can the pool be heated?
Yes, heating is available for $500 + tax per week during spring and fall when temperatures are 60°F or higher.

3. How far is the property from the beach?
The home has direct access to a small "personal" inlet beach and is a short walk to the neighborhood’s private "The Pointe" beach for swimming and sunbathing. The personal beach is not as firm as the main beach--the sand may sink underfoot an inch or two in some areas.

4. What is included in the booking?
Your stay includes luxury linens, toiletries, kitchen essentials, and starter supplies including paper towels, toilet paper, dish and laundry pods, and coffee.

5. Can I host an event or wedding?
Yes! Events with up to 30 attendees are permitted with a $5,000 event fee and signed liability waiver. Guests must arrange their own event rentals. If you envisioned a beach ceremony, that would need to take place on the main neighborhood beach, not on the small beach attached to the property.

Hosting unapproved events, parties, or gatherings is prohibited. Approved events, such as weddings, must follow the event policy and have prior written approval.

6. What parking is available?
Up to 4 vehicles are included in the reservation, with additional parking available for $25 per vehicle (max 8 vehicles).

7. Can I bring or rent a motorcycle, boat, or golf cart? NO, the gated community will not allow any *owned or rented* motorcycles, boats, or golf carts through the gates. However, the area offers incredible boating experiences, including a floating tiki bar, sunset cruises with karaoke, private fishing charters, and more.

8. Are pets or smoking allowed?
No, pets and smoking are not permitted on the property or grounds. Violations make your reservation subject to immediate cancellation, and a $300 pet fee or $500 smoke removal fee will apply, respectively.

9. Are there security cameras?
Yes, exterior cameras are installed on the front and back of the property for safety and security. These security cameras are for insurance purposes only, and are not actively monitored.

10. Use of home & amenities
All amenities, including the pool, dock, grill, provided games, are to be used at the guests’ own risk. The owner is not liable for any accidents or injuries during the stay
