This rental is ideal for large group gatherings and reunions. The owner was very responsive and informative with questions. The actual unit was better than what was presented in photos, especially the downstairs connected living rooms.

Terrific property, as advertised. Friendly and communicative manager. Light lift on check-out check list was really nice to get our group out to an early Sunday tee time.

Great property with even better management. They reach out daily to make sure we where happy and if i needed anything at all. The property exceeded our expectations and is highly recommended.

Family reunion

Wonderful beach property with exceptional beach viewing decks and great beach access.Spacious rooms with comfortable beds and well appointed kitchenKarl is a terrific host and very accommodating, we will try to stay there again on our next trip to the area.

Perfect Beach House for Groups

This place is in the perfect location. Walkable to bars/restaurants/grocery, right on the beach, and big enough to not feel on top of each other. Karl was a great host!

Incredible beachfront location and plenty of room for our group of 25. Space was clean when we arrived. A handful of minor issues that do add up (bathroom fans in a couple bathrooms didn’t work, keypad lock for one side of the duplex was out of batteries, some broken/missing bedroom/bathroom window blinds, lights in one bedroom didn’t work, etc.). Host was communicative

The houses were in a great location and well kept. It was So great they provide beach chairs and towels!!Communication was great and they responded quickly! We had 26 people from 68 years to 7 weeks old. It was great that we had 2 sides so there was a place to go depending on how much “activity” you wanted!

Great Rental on the Beach

This is a great property to stay at. My family and I rented both Pirates Cove and Mermaids Haven - both side A and B - and they were perfect for ua. Clean, comfortable, and right on the beach. Everyone said how nice the houses were. Karl, the host, was fantastic. I couldn't recommend a better host. He helped us find good seafood and made sure we were comfortable.

Perfect Weekend

The house was amazing. We rented both sides for our wedding and it couldn’t have been more perfect. Karl was super responsive and very helpful during the entire process. If you’re needing a place on the beach, this is it.

Amazing family reunion.

We rented both sides for a family reunion of 27 people ranging in age from 8 months to 78 years old. The house was perfect and could not be in a better location! Karl was super responsive and was quick to send someone out to fix an issue with the AC. We would definitely stay here again!

Great house for our golf trip

We have a group of between 12 to 16 that have been coming for an October trip to Myrtle for 20 years. This was one of the best places we’ve ever stayed. Our host Karl texted several times to make sure everything was OK and made some great recommendations for dinner. We rented both sides and the connection door was to the kitchen areas. We’ll definitely stay here again

Great location!

We had a family reunion with 16 adults and 8 children (12yrs - 2yrs old). This house is in the perfect location. Short walk to the pier, fishing, arcade, and convenience store. Short drive to Kroger and restaurants. It's a short distance to the beach so it's easy walk for the kids and easy for my elderly parents to watch the beach activity from the deck. The house is a little "worn out" but it may be due to being the end of the summer season. It was tough for my elderly parents as there is no elevator and lots of steps. Once they were on the main level, that is where they stayed until we checked out. They used the main level queen bedroom and unfortunately, the bathroom has a tub shower, no handicap bars, and a short toilet. The owner is easy to reach and very responsive to any issue we had. We had a great time. Lots of laughs, lots of love, and lots of great memories.
