This is an amazing property. It was exactly what our family needed. The floor to ceiling windows provided an unobstructed view of the beach and ocean was magnificent. The night time fires speckled the beach offering a night time ambience we so enjoyed The hosts were gracious and attentive, insuring we had absolutely the best time. Very clean and welcoming The master suite was ideal for couples or families.We LOVED it!

Amazingly clean and gorgeous room right on the beach! You can’t escape the breathtaking views of the Pacific, as well as just having fun watching all of the activities on the beach!Our absolute favorite place to visit and stay at.

The location of the property was perfect! It was on the promenade with a view of the beach and ocean. We were within walking distance to all of the restaurants and shops. We took long walks on the beach and the promenade every day. There is nothing like watching the sun set over the ocean!

The view was incredible I had a hard time leaving to go explore. The complex was going under construction and would have been nice to not have the bright lights on at nights outside bedroom window other than that the accommodations were great!

Great view and location

We loved being right next to the ocean and restaurants and shops. Our condo was quiet and clean. The woman at the front desk was so helpful and welcoming. helpful

Awesome location, fantastic view

This place was a great location to stay for exploring Seaside and accessing the beach. The views from the condo were fantastic. The condo was dated (which does not bother us except the carpet) and very clean. The kitchen had the minimum of what we needed to make meals. The office staff was very friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

Soccer Grandma

We enjoyed the location. Easy to get to the Soccer in the Sand event. We were a bit disappointed that you had to go around to the beach access door on the other side of the building to get to the boardwalk when our room was "right there". Other than that, the room served our needs well.

Beautiful View

Wonderful, beautiful room with amazing view! Property is nice, but definitely needs some TLC. Our toilet handle broke the first time we used it, and the maintenance was quick to come fix it for us so we appreciate that. The living room stayed warm with the heat and fireplace, but the back bedrooms were pretty chilly and drafty. All in all, we will definitely be back!

Once you get past the cosmetic flaws visible in every room—like stained curtains, torn wallpaper, chipped paint, and uneven caulking—you can sit down and truly appreciate what makes this place special: the stunning view of the ocean and the lively promenade. It’s perfect for people-watching and soaking in the atmosphere. We all agreed this was the best view we've ever had in any place we've stayed in Seaside.What we couldn’t quite understand is why the owners haven’t invested just a fraction—about what the property likely earns in a week—to fix these simple cosmetic issues. With just a bit of attention, this place could really shine.

On the disappointing side

The location was perfect. However, even though it was beachfront - the beach access was challenging. Access to the pool and sauna was only through a locked door, we had to ask the onsite manger to unlock to use. The unit did not have scissors…. Kind of a necessity for opening bags of lettuce, veggies, etc. The floors appeared clean, but were not. The HVAC vents were absolutely filthy. The queen bed had a very distinct sag in the center of it. The toilet in the master was so small and low to the ground, left a lot to be desired.I personally will not stay at this property again.

Regarding the building amenities, the access to the beach, pool, and sauna is intentionally secured to help ensure the safety and privacy of all guests—especially to prevent unauthorized use and maintain a safe environment. For example, pool areas are kept secure to avoid accidents when unattended. Additionally, the building locks down after 10 p.m., with key fob access required for elevators and stairwells, as part of our commitment to guest safety. We apologize for the oversight regarding the scissors and the cleanliness of the unit. Your comments about the HVAC vents and the condition of the queen bed are also noted, and we will address these issues with our cleaning team to ensure a better experience for future guests. We strive to provide a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and we’re sorry to hear that we fell short in some areas during your visit.
