This house has beautiful plantings, an outdoor kitchen, and a large backyard that has a wonderful view of the Necanicum river. There are many rooms for gathering or having some quiet time alone. Only 5 blocks to the center of town.
Level 2 Electric Car Charger. 48 amps, 11.5 kW. Adapter required for Tesla. Charger has a 25 foot long cord.
Come and stay in this beautifully renovated family home situated on the east bank of the Necanicum River in Seaside, Oregon. Walk downtown and to the famous Seaside Promenade. Everything you'll need for a relaxing family vacation or an adult getaway is provided.
House features a fully equipped big & bright kitchen with a breakfast bar, formal dining room, large living room, library, wraparound enclosed front porch.
Sleep soundly in the comfortable beds, high quality linens and crisp duvets filled with down comforters. Lay your head on a freshly pressed pillowcase, open the window and inhale the fresh ocean air.
Watch the sun sparkle over the river from the deck or enjoy the large yard with a fire pit. Enjoy a book in the library, play board games or just relax in one of the four uniquely decorated bedrooms with sleeping accommodations for 12. Owner has use of the detached garage cottage behind the house. The yard is all for the renters use. Minimum rental age is 25.

Fantastic

We have rented many times thru vrbo. This was a first. Excellent house, cleanliness beyond, all the needed items in a kichen plus .the bathrooms were equipped with any items you may have forgotten. The beds comfy. Absolutely the best! We will go back to this rental.

Excellent Location

We rented this place just one half block from where we live in Seaside for a family Thanksgiving Christmas. It was excellent. It’s right on the Necannicum River and within easy walking distance to downtown, the Oceanfront Prominade, and crabbing off of the twelfth street bridge. House is well stocked in the kitchen and lots of room to socialize, play games (variety provided) and have family dinners. It was amazing! Hope it says something about this place that we wanted to rent it for a family get together when it’s so close to our own house. Way better than having our adult kids try to stay in three separate motels. It was STELLAR!

Great stay!

It was great stay. We were very impressed with how well the kitchen was stocked with anything we needed. We enjoyed the large dinning room table were we could all sit and play games and share meals. I’ve been bragging about how well the house fit our needs.

Weekend Getaway

The Dancing Crab

The property was located within 5 min of main street easy to just wander over to a Pub or get some excellent Thai. The property was excellent, clean and room enough for 6 people without getting in each other's way. The house was very nice, very well appointed and nice seating. The backyard was great, the fire pit, chairs by the water for morning coffee all a crowd pleaser. I would highly recommend this house; the owners were really nice, and the street quiet, and did I say it was easy to get anywhere you wanted from it?

Beautiful seaside home!

We had a wonderful time in seaside! This house was stocked with everything we could have needed plus more. The home is bigger than I expected with plenty of beds and space to spread out after a fun filled day! The home is walking distance to downtown seaside! Beth was a wonderful host!

Memorable July 4th week at Seaside

Kudos to Beth for such a gem of a property. The location is great– close enough to walk to the "Prom" but away from all the hustle and bustle. Sizable riverfront backyard allowed for relaxation and play. The gardens were brimming with beautiful flowers. The property had a lot to offer-- fire pit for S’mores, new BBQ area, kitchen with all the supplies one could need, fun activities/toys/books for the kids in the basement. We enjoyed naps and tackled puzzles in the sunroom. There was more than enough room for our family of 10, with spaces for smaller groups or solitary contemplation. In addition, Beth was very responsive. Thank you for a memorable family getaway!

Exceptional Home

This home was very clean, amazingly well stocked with amenities, and was perfect for our extended family. There are many areas the teens could congregate and hang out, and they loved the access to the river for fishing. Everything in Seaside is within walking distance which allowed everyone the ability to do their own activities since we only had 2 rental cars. The owner is super friendly and responsive. We especially loved the little sign in front of the house ♥️. Would absolutely stay again!

Perfect fit!

I've been using VRBO for almost 16 years. This was the most well stocked place I've ever stayed! It was a perfect fit for out extended family of 11. It had everything we could've possibly needed. The hosts were fantastic! Wish we could've stayed longer.

Great location

This home is loacted in a great spot in Seaside, walking distance to downtown. Beautiful morning views. Lots of space in the house and super kid friendly. I wish the beds were arranged differently but for close family and friends who dont mind sharing a room with multiple beds then its not a problem. The home is very nice but older so the upstairs floors were squeaky and 2 of us somehow got splinters in our foot. Other than that, the host was very responsive and kind.

So much charm!

Perfect Weekend Getaway

This is one of the most charming homes I've ever stayed in. It's warm and inviting, and has everything you could possibly need to enjoy a short or long stay. Beth and are the ultimate hosts, and have thought of every detail to provide comfort and convenience. They were always quick to answer any questions and check out was super easy. The house is within easy walking distance to the beach, and to town. This was our second girlfriends' getaway to this house and we hope to make it an annual event.

Excellent family reunion

We stayed 5 nights. We had 4 couples and 2 teens. The house was perfect! We were apprehensive about only having 2 bathrooms, but they were large and very well placed to accommodate our large crowd. The dining room was quite large and plenty of room for a family Thanksgiving dinner. We used the grill for our steak and the kitchen was our hangout. The fire pit was a great hit and the short distance to downtown was perfect. We walked everywhere. Everyone mentioned how cozy the beds and bedding were. We all had a fabulous time at the Dancing Crab! Oh, I must add that it was immaculately clean and so well decorated!

Wonderful Attention to Detail!

We chose this location for our annual family beach trip. Our family includes 3 children under 5 years old and this home was perfect for our needs! Plenty of bed options, toys, back yard to play in, and more. Beth decor was well curated and she chose incredibly comfortable bedding and other linens. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and more! We had such a wonderful time kayaking and crabbing on the Necanicum River and will return to Beth's home in the furure! amazing place to stay with kiddos and/or good friends!

The house is so big on the inside you wouldn’t know it from first glance, and decorated beautifully. I loved the fact it’s so close to town but you feel like you’re in your own private world here. They literally have everything you’re looking for with a nice stay with friends. Amazing bbq area, great living room to gather round in, and they also have tons of games and entertainment stuff for the kids. I’m just upset I didn’t notice they had clam guns for use until we were one hour from checking out! We definitely plan on coming back and I promise you will not be disappointed with your stay here.

Afternoon with the sun sparkling on the river is my favorite time of day. Then roast hot dogs and marshmallows over the fire pit in the back yard under a sky of stars.
