James's place was great! It was clean, cozy, and close to the downtown. There was plenty of parking. The check in and check out process was easy. Would stay there again!

The instructions for check-in were very clear and the property was just as described. Everything was clean and the kitchen was well-stocked. We spent two nights here and were very comfortable during our stay. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed a 2 night stay. The host was great with communication. The home is a lower apartment that is clean and well stocked with the essentials needed and then some! There is some road noise but was not bothersome to us.

Everything was wonderful. The fenced in back yard was great for our dog. The location was perfect to walk into town. The owners were responsive and helpful. Everything was clean and even nicer than pictured!

We enjoyed the property, however, we spent very little time actually at the property due to our very busy sightseeing agenda. I do recommend that you only rent/bring a very tiny compact vehicle onto this property as parking is extremely small and kind of difficult. Very busy road in front of the property, due to a school being in the backyard, so plan ins and outs accordingly. Host was great, responded to email quickly when we had a question.

I have never seen such a dirty shower curtain. Beds not the greatest. Couch had smell of body odor. Kitchen was clean. Neighborhood could have been nicer.

Property was decent, however, the location was not the best at all. We traveled away from the location daily. Not the owners fault just not what we expected Owner was communicative & check in was easy, upstairs neighbors were very kind.

Cute and clean downstairs unit with off street parking. Wlaking distance to shops and Church Street. Pet friendly yard. Host was responsive and friendly.

Definitely not a 10. The property was located in a neighborhood that had many houses in disrepair with unkempt yards. Furniture was tired looking and mismatched. It was not a place I wanted to hang out in. Fridge had remaining take-out food from prior guest, and dishwasher had not been emptied. On the plus side, the bathroom was clean and the rooms were quiet. If I were to return to Burlington, I would look for another place.

Property worked perfectly for UVM graduation weekend. Fenced in yard was great for our dog and house had everything we needed.

Back yard was full of dog poop and i had to clean it up before I could even let our dogs out, 11 bags. The fence in yard was damaged and our small dogs could have fit through. The tenants upstairs had a dog and jumped on my husband several times barking and growling before tenant got him. Tenants woke me at 6:45 everyday with baby crying and what sounded like vacumm or push toys. There were no pots only big pasta pot. Living room floor sticky.

This was a great space to come back to after the all day training that I was in Burlington to attend! It’s a seven minute drive or a twenty minute walk to downtown. The beds were comfy as was the living room furniture. The house is right next to an elementary school and you could hear the kids arriving and playing but it wasn’t too loud. The hosts were welcoming and responded quickly to all communications. I would definitely stay here again!
