Stay right downtown in this Modern and updated apartment!! All new Kitchen, bathroom, flooring! Designated parking spot with a big fenced in yard!! Dog friendly! Washer and Dryer in the basement. Air conditioning, TV, fully furnished and outfitted with clean linens, towels, etc. This is a large 2 bedroom with a futon in the back room for additional guests if needed. Keurig coffee machine and coffee pods. Very sunny with an eat in kitchen- all new appliances!

Everything was wonderful. The fenced in back yard was great for our dog. The location was perfect to walk into town. The owners were responsive and helpful. Everything was clean and even nicer than pictured!

Property was decent, however, the location was not the best at all. We traveled away from the location daily. Not the owners fault just not what we expected Owner was communicative & check in was easy, upstairs neighbors were very kind.

Definitely not a 10. The property was located in a neighborhood that had many houses in disrepair with unkempt yards. Furniture was tired looking and mismatched. It was not a place I wanted to hang out in. Fridge had remaining take-out food from prior guest, and dishwasher had not been emptied. On the plus side, the bathroom was clean and the rooms were quiet. If I were to return to Burlington, I would look for another place.

Back yard was full of dog poop and i had to clean it up before I could even let our dogs out, 11 bags. The fence in yard was damaged and our small dogs could have fit through. The tenants upstairs had a dog and jumped on my husband several times barking and growling before tenant got him. Tenants woke me at 6:45 everyday with baby crying and what sounded like vacumm or push toys. There were no pots only big pasta pot. Living room floor sticky.

This was a great space to come back to after the all day training that I was in Burlington to attend! It’s a seven minute drive or a twenty minute walk to downtown. The beds were comfy as was the living room furniture. The house is right next to an elementary school and you could hear the kids arriving and playing but it wasn’t too loud. The hosts were welcoming and responded quickly to all communications. I would definitely stay here again!

Updated and clean, close to downtown

Great spot, 5 mins from downtown. Apartment is completely updated. All 3 beds had new comfy mattresses. Spacious living room to hang out with big sectional sofa. It is in North Burlington, so there are some city-related issues in bordering neighborhoods, and if youve ever been to Burlington it wont suprise you. The place was perfect for 2 couples visiting our UVM students. Easy access to downtown and campus. Very welcoming hosts who had clear communications and offered to help with anything we needed. We would absolutely stay here again.

The apartment is clean, well lit, spacious and had all the amenities you'd need. The basement laundry was a great benefit - it's an unfinished basement but clean and basically empty with a modern washer/dryer. Notes: The beds are all futons, not proper mattresses, I was plenty comfortable but this might be an issue for some. There is a rented apartment in the front/second floor. There was some normal apartment noise overhead (footsteps, etc) but not disruptive and the family was courteous and kind when we encountered them on property. All in all I'd say this is a nice spot to stay, It's not walkable to downtown Burlington, so having a car was key to an enjoyable visit.
