Built in 2024, this bright and well-appointed cottage sits directly across from Ethan Allen Park — a quiet, nature-filled setting with walking trails, picnic areas, and scenic overlooks just outside your door. North Avenue beaches and Lake Champlain are a short bike ride or drive away.
Inside, skylights and lofty ceilings fill the space with natural light, highlighting the warm wooden interiors throughout. The cottage sleeps up to 4 guests with a queen bed in the bedroom and a queen pullout sofa in the living room. The fully equipped kitchen handles everything from a quick breakfast to a full dinner, and the centrally ducted heating and A/C keeps things comfortable year-round regardless of Vermont's seasons.
Downtown Burlington, Church Street, and the waterfront are a short drive away for dining, shopping, and entertainment. Outside, a private deck with a pergola and a dining table for four is ideal for al fresco meals, with a gas grill available in the grass area below the oak tree near the cottages. Whether you're here to hike the park trails, spend a day at the beach, or simply unwind in a quiet, modern space, this cottage offers a genuinely peaceful Burlington base. Burlington International Airport (BTV) is about a 17-minute drive away.
Security & Privacy: Exterior cameras monitor the driveway and parking area and are always active. There are no recording devices inside the unit or in any area where a guest has a reasonable expectation of privacy.

This place was perfect. Close to everything in Burlington, very clean, comfortable bed, had everything we needed. Could not recommend more highly. We WILL stay here, again.

A wonderful home that was the perfect size and had everything that I needed for a solo trip. I stayed in all 3 days and did not skii, hike, or bike. I did not have to reach out to the host at all during the trip. Sunlight was a plenty, kitchen equipment and bathroom was well stocked, bed and couches were comfortable. The only thing to note is that the HVAC systems are in the closet in the bedroom, so there was sometimes a low fan noise in the night. I didn't bring my ear plugs, but I slept fine. There is a white noise machine in the bedroom for you to use as well.
