This Boho Cottage is perfectly located between Wilton Manor and the vibrant Downtown Ft. Lauderdale. Close to beautiful Beaches. All less than 2 miles away. Hard Rock Casino is 9 miles away.

This home encapsulates the natural light with its open floor concept. This makes it perfect to move around , unwind and escape the daily hustle. Sip a cup of tea in the minimalist style living room or just enjoy the serene and peaceful outdoor space. What ever you choose to do, relax and enjoy the beautiful South Florida weather.

Please make sure to read the house manual. Other than that, breathe in and enjoy your stay.

*please note*: there are NO cameras in the living area. That is the alarm system for the house.

~NO Parties or events are allowed on the premises.
~NO Smoking of ANYTHING inside the house.
~please DO NOT park your beyond the gate.
It’s a privacy gate not a car port.

~ALL appliances are brand new so if something breaks down please be sure to notify me prior checking out
~please make sure all doors and windows are lock upon departure

Before arrival you will receive your key pad code.
~Instructions are in “check in instructions”
~don’t forget to lock behind you since the door doesn’t lock automatically

LIVING ROOM:
~For TV use the remote controls that are on the TV. Ledge.
~you have access to Netflix and YouTube as well as all local and national channels
~sheets and blankets in baskets to place on couch if you wish to chill by laying down.

KITCHEN:
~the kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances and utensils to make you feel at home.
~the pots and pans are in the lazy Susan next to the oven.
~plates and glasses bottom cabinet next to lazy Susan.
~side door will lead you to the car port and to the private back yard.

BATHROOM:
~please do not flush toilet paper in toilet.
~upon checking out towels can be placed on bathroom floor.

TOWELS and LINENS:
There’s a linen closet in the small hallway. You will find:

~ please do not remove make up with the white bath towels.

Great backyard for our dog!

We had a pleasant stay at the Boho house. Location was quiet and convenient to many restaurants. Kitchen had everything we needed.

Cute boho home

This is a relaxing home and located near all the hot spots. Our host was wonderful and checked on us to make sure we got in ok. I highly recommend this place.

Beautiful Home + Great Location

We loved our stay at this beautiful home for Thanksgiving! The house is exactly like the photos and the backyard is it’s one little oasis! This is a great location to all the local attractions and made for an amazing stay! We felt safe and were so happy we were able to bring our pups too! The host was a joy to work with and we would definitely come back again!!

We loved the space

This space was very nice and very clean. It had everything we needed to make our stay fun and comfortable. The host was very responsive to any of our questions and needs. We highly recommend this space to anyone looking for a stay in Ft Lauderdale!

White picket fence cutie

Lovely two bedroom home with modern home furnishings. Zen like backyard with fruit trees shading the patio. Close to Las Olas, the beach, a park with many activites and shopping. We enjoyed our stay.

Great Space & Location

Stayed at this location during an extended weekend in South Florida. Pat was an incredible host providing concise check-in instructions upon arrival. The location is convenient to restaurants and stores; with easy access to the FLL airport and highways. The house was cozy yet spacious with an incredible backyard; especially for plant lovers. Definitely recommended, and would stay again.

Pleasant Oasis

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was clean and the simplicity in decorations and furniture made it a very relaxing place to stay. We were surprised by a couple of visits by service people that required us to let them into the back yard, but the owner made everything right with a very nice phone call and apology for the miscommunication. She clearly cares a lot for the property and the guests and we felt welcome. The neighborhood was okay and the parking was a bit cramped, but even so, we would happily return.

Everything you would need! Super clean and thoughtful. Very comfortable with the Aesthetics. They were very intentional when doing the unit. Definitely a 10 out of 10. Thank you to the Host!

Nice home scrambled communication

House is great and roomy. Unfortunately the host was out of pocket when we needed her the most. We were left without wifi - crucial for work 🥴- other than that the property is very nice.

It was a Sanctuary in the City

Upon the first moment in entering the serene property, relaxation hit in full force. The house has phenomenal energy to heal to comfort and most of all to relax. I did yoga in the backyard I did yoga in the house and the floor was a perfect. I walked my dogs around the neighborhood and found that the proximity to everything in Fort Lauderdale was easyI would highly recommend this house to everyone and anyone!

GREAT MINIMALIST HOME CLOSE TO THE BEACH

We needed a place to stay while visiting our son and daughter-in-law (undergoing treatment for breast cancer). The hostess was extremely helpful and quickly responded to any concerns we had, making sure we had everything we needed for a great stay. We weren't able to take advantage of the great location (just a few minutes drive to the beach, restaurants, shops, etc.) but it would be perfect for a fantastic vacation. The decor is awesome - everything you need yet easy to care for (don't need to worry about sand!) and the yard is perfect for quiet reading (husband took advantage of frequently while waiting for wife to get ready ;-) ) with both sunny and shady areas for relaxation and a nice quiet setting. BEST of both worlds - close to action and a quiet retreat!

The need new sheets and towels, also I least have 2 bottles of water for the guest. Not professional at all that was my a bad experience ever. Not happy at all.

Relaxing

Perfect place to spend three weeks. Super close to Flagler Village, Wilton Manors, Holiday Park, Beach, etc. Our dog loved the backyard and I was able to work from the peaceful back patio with a good wifi signal. I suggest renters read the door lock instructions before arriving. A church in the neighborhood provides free meals to homeless which was a surprise to see the occasional influx of people (I'd guess 20 ppl) but it was not an issue. I would walk our dog the other way to avoid any bits of food that might have been dropped around the church. Neighbors were friendly and several with dogs. The dog park at Holiday Park is 5-10 min drive and we found another with more grass in Oakland Park area about 15 min drive. Kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, silverware, plates, etc. and even had a rack of common spices and olive oil. Patricia was extremely responsive and usually replied to VRBO messages within a few minutes. Thanks for a wonderful home away from home.

Beautiful home!

My family and I booked Boho house for the weekend and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The pictures of the home really doesn't do it justice... the house is really beautiful...and is well maintained. My favorite part of the house is the backyard.... the decor is really nice. The host is a very nice lady. She allowed me to check in early and responded right away when ever I had a question or a concern. I really enjoyed my stay at Boho house .
