Overall, very enjoyable stay. The property was just as expected and didn’t have any complaints other than some amenities were gone, which include limited toilet paper and kitchen utensils. Would definitely stay again.

Such a beautiful property with a very spacious house. It was very clean other than some dust build up around the ceiling. The pool was so relaxing and clean.

Very clean! The door locks were extremely difficult. Parking was a very small space. Overall quiet place, nice place!

This property was nothing like the pictures, my family and I didn’t even stay one night at the property there was mold , an order , animal droppings everywhere, the outside looked nothing like the pictures either , they refused to provide me a refund when I never stayed on the property at all , they were non caring, rude , and told me to open windows to get the smell out , we were locked out for over 2 hours the door code would not work , this overall experience was terrible never again

They canceled my reservation and I wasn’t aware that 350 was required and they didn’t give me a full refund

Many things could’ve been better. Lock was a bit confusing and complicated to get in as instructions were not clear and I had to call to inquire on how to decode the lock. The couch and floors looked clean but were actually really dirty. Water kept coming out of shower area/glass panel and on to the floor. The dining table was wobbly and unstable. The central air was good but just didn’t cool off the bedrooms. Outside the property and pool could use some weekly maintenance to keep up the look of “tropical oasis”.

Codes for the door were confusing and smart door can hurt finger if not careful. Everything else was perfect

the instructions to get in the property were wrong. The codes for the door was the same code they used at the other units on the property. The Tv didnt have a remote to control the volume. There was a homeless guy digging through the garbage when we arrived which explains all the cameras they had.

Unfortunately, I would not stay here again. The issues started with check-in. We were promised instructions by 1 PM, then told 3 PM, but after multiple calls, we didn’t receive the door code until 3:40 PM. This was especially frustrating with guests flying in from across the country who needed basic arrival information.Upon arrival, the entry instructions were confusing, and the doorknob was extremely difficult to use. We even struggled to lock the door from the inside at times, which was concerning.The pool was disgusting, with debris and bugs throughout it, making it unappealing to swim in. Be aware that the pool is shared between approximately five or six different houses. Inside, the property had a strange smell and was noticeably dirty in the corners and crevices. It felt like a rushed, surface-level cleaning, and the floors were so dirty that our feet turned black from walking around barefoot.It’s disappointing because the property has potential to be a nice short-term rental, but it clearly needs better cleaning, maintenance, and attention to detail. Between the delayed check-in information, dirty pool, filthy floors, and difficult door lock, the experience was extremely disappointing.If I had checked in any earlier, I would have requested a refund and stayed somewhere else for the weekend. Overall, the property felt gross and dingy, and I would not return.

The check in process was difficult, the customer service representative couldn’t remember which code is the correct one to get in side. The only room that was actually clean was the kitchen the bedrooms were okay. I saw 2 big roaches during my stay. The shower door wasn’t fix properly, extremely loose if there was any pressure to the door it would fall. There is no possible way they would pass inspection. I’m truly disappointed in the cleanliness and overall property maintenance. The pool was heated at least. I would not recommend.
