This is a great property located in a nice neighborhood. The pictures are great, but the property is even greater in person. A must stay, especially for a family. Costco is two blocks away.

Great home base for family get-together

This was a last-minute reservation and everything worked out beautifully. Alina is super-helpful and responsive, and the home was quiet, very clean, well-furnished and well-stocked with snacks and sundries. Great beds, bathrooms, laundry, with a beautiful kitchen, plus living room with gas fireplace that was a welcome treat in cold, rainy February. (We did vote to suggest a coffee table for the living room.) :-) And for any stay, it would be hard to beat the convenience of this location, being very near to Costco, Fred Meyer and Trader Joe's, plus quick, easy access to Hwy 26. Highly recommended for quiet, convenient, home-like stay.

Nice, quiet and convenient area. Walking distance to a park and to Costco. Did not realize it was 3 stories so a lot of stairs. It was fully furnished and very comfortable. Also thought it was fully air conditioned but there were just window units in 2 of the 3 bedrooms. Not in the primary suite. It was aLittle cooler week while we were there so it worked out okay. Two car garage which would have been great however our rental car was a Suburban so it did not fit in the garage. Lots of street parking during the day but not so much at night when everyone was home. Would definitely recommend to anyone but just realize and know lots of stairs and could be really hot inside during any heat waves. Our host, Alina reach out often to make sure all was good.

This was not an easy or restful stay. There were multiple disruptions and I had to communicate with the host substantially more than I would have liked throughout the four-night stay. I will not return. The unit was not sufficiently clean. Dust, pet or human hair, ants, dead bugs, etc. Upon my request, they offered to do another cleaning but it was in the evening and halfway through my stay. Also, the garage door opener (remote) wasn’t in the unit, making using the garage inconvenient. The host came by two times during the stay in an attempt to program a new garage remote but it was never resolved.I requested a refund of the cleaning fee/one night, or an amendment to the stay, but they wouldn’t accommodate. I have faced similar issues with other rentals, and hosts have always sought to accommodate a refund or another consideration. That was not the case with this rental.

Cleanliness is something we take very seriously, and our home has consistently been rated highly by guests, as reflected in our other reviews. When you raised concerns, we offered to send our cleaning team back the same day to address anything missed, but understand the timing didn’t work well for you. Regarding the garage remote, it was located in the home after checkout, and we made multiple attempts during your stay to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. While we always aim to be fair, we’re not able to offer refunds outside of our policy. That said, we do appreciate your feedback and will continue working with our team to ensure a smooth experience for future guests.

We chose Alina's home for its location, and it did not disappoint! Around the corner from the powerline trail and Costco, 5 minutes from Fred Meyer and the THPRD skatepark. The neighborhood was quiet, with just a little street noise from Baseline Rd. Kids enjoyed playing in the nearby greenspace and small playground. The kitchen was well-stocked with basic pantry items, utensils, pots and pans, and dishes.It was HOT the week we visited. It was great to have the portable A/C in the bedrooms, but the main floor living area was a little warm, and we couldn't use the downstairs living space because it was kind of stuffy without any air flowing. We used the fans provided and opened the windows and doors at night to cool things off. Lastly, my son is allergic to cats, and we did not realize that this was a pet-friendly property. After a few nights, he had to start taking an antihistamine to control his allergies.We still enjoyed our visit and would stay here again!

Nice, central location with plenty of space for a family. While garage parking was available, it cannot accommodate large vehicles. Not as convenient if traveling with pets (this is a townhouse style).
