We loved staying here. The beds were comfortable, the house was clean and the kitchen had all the cooking essentials. We had great communication with the host during our stay. The back patio was lovely and would be a great place to eat outside. We'd love to stay here again!

The house is in need of some maintenance. Handle on the sliding door from family room to deck missing a screw making it difficult to open and close. The lock on the door didn’t want to catch so door wouldn’t lock. Landscaping around deck very overgrown and taking over the deck and growing into soffit. There was no information packet in the home and didn’t receive email with information regarding home procedures or check out process until the say of check out. The house itself was comfortable and provided basic needs.

Comfortable house in nice neighborhood

We spent Christmas week near family at this 3-bedroom house. The house was perfect for 5 adults, very well equiped, clean and very comfortable. We took walks on the nearby paths. ITrip staff was welcoming and very atentive. We will definitely return when we come back for our next family visit!

Wonderful Stay

I recently stayed at this home as I had meetings close to this location. This home was very well situated for my needs and in a lovely, quiet neighborhood. The was extremely clean, kitchen well appointed, bed super comfortable with an easy check in and will be staying again. I would highly recommend for families and travelers in that need to be in the area.

Lovely home in cute neighborhood

Really enjoyed our stay in this lovely home. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out. Beautiful patio to enjoy the sunshine. Near wine country, also near lots of dining options.

Family Getaway

This property was everything it said it would be and more! It was the perfect spot for us to do 3 different day trips: Canon Beach, Mt Hood, and Silver Falls. Highly recommend!!!

Cooper Mountain Retreat

Lovely home in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. Easy check in and check out. Very clean! Beds and pillows were soft and comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The house was exactly as pictured online. Clean, comfortable, and a great location. Plenty of room to spread out, and the deck is beautiful for sipping early morning coffee or having dinner alfresco (heads up, though—there’s one spot that feels like it might be starting to rot). My 78 year old mom stayed with us and she is very picky. She absolutely raved about this place! We will rent again when family is in town.

Family Visit to Beaverton

The house and property were wonderful. The Fireplace wouldn't work but the team was friendly and responsive. Great location close to our family. Host Fees were a little high compared to other properties, but overall, we would come back again.

Fantastic Cooper Mountain Retreat

This home is absolutely perfect for a family getaway. We were in town for our son’s wedding and this house comfortably accommodated our family. It is furnished beautifully and was even stocked with coffee already! The location is very pretty. I have nothing but good things to say about the home and the interaction with the owner/manager. Thanks for helping make our trip more enjoyable!
