This is a charming and very clean apartment in our basement. Bountiful of natural light in the living room area and bedrooms. It boasts 2,400 square feet of space, high ceiling, and a secluded backyard, features 2 queen beds and 1 bunk bed, perfect for a tranquil getaway. With amenities like large screen TV with great surround sound system, high speed guest WIFI service via comcast, reclining leather couches, stylish full-sized kitchen, ping pong and air hockey tables, gas fire pit in a natural tree grove with hammocks, guests can relax and unwind in comfort. The house is located in a very secluded upscale neighborhood in the picturesque Highland Utah. Deer can be spotted on the property almost daily. Backyard is next to a preserved natural ravine with a seasonal stream and hiking/biking trails. The trails lead to the gateway to expansive hiking and mountain biking opportunities in the lone peak area. 7 minutes to the mouth of American Fork canyon. Yet it is within 12 minutes of freeway, light rail/train public transportation system, outlet, tech companies in the silicon slopes, and an hour drive from the world class ski resorts. It is about 40 minutes from Salt Lake city International airport.

Guests have dedicate concrete parking space for two vehicles by the driveway. Separate entrance in the back of the house to access the walkout basement. Self check-in with a keypad. Please be aware that our unit does not have washer/dryer provided.
