Welcome to our beautiful home perfect for accomodating large families and friends!
where comfort meets convenience and you feel right at home!
Located in a quiet neighborhood conveniently close to stores ( Costco, Walmart
Target, Dutch bros and many restaurants. Easy access to major highways
Whether its a cozy family meal or lively gathering, our home promises unforgettable
cherished memories.
The house comes complete with all your essentials, such as Wifi, a pool, cozy bedding,
fresh towels, shampoo/conditioner, a well-supplied kitchen, water dispenser and dependable Wi-Fi
Other things to note
There is a trendmill located in the garage, feel free to use during your stay
Small amenities like a treadmill, weights, kettleball, and yoga mat.

The fire extinguisher in case of emergency will be located in the garage

Our bright living room area is complete with electric fireplace and 70-inch Smart TV

We love our beautiful family home and hope you will too.
We ask that our guests kindly treat our home as if it were their own and abide by the following rules and guidelines.
Landscaping regular service Monday and Wednesday.
Regular weekly pool service every Friday please don't be alarmed.

Our home is SHOE-FREE to keep the desert dirt & sand away.

SECURITY DEPOSIT: Please treat our home as if it were your own.
Any damages to the home or breaking of house rules may result in charges up to $1000.

Before check-in in we require a picture of the ID for security purposes.

OPTIONAL ADD-ONS:

No pets allowed unless authorized. Should you wish to bring a pet, please request authorization (for number and type of pet(s)) before booking. Our pet fee of $250 (per pet) is due upon booking.

Early check-in or late check-out may be available if requested at least 24 hours in advance for a fee of $50 per hour. It is required to add all guests on the booking that will be present in the home if there is a family gathering or birthday party please message us.

Excellent Home

Very charming home. Rooms well situated, the beds were comfortable. The pool a visual bonus only given the chilly time of year :) The living room is very welcoming! So cozy to rest and visit with friends and family!

Brief stay at nice house

Overall the stay was good, and I would stay again. Home is in a nice older neighborhood. The house was clean, but supplies were not well stocked for coffee, shampoo, conditioner, and soap. The backyard has work that need to be completed. The fence is falling apart, and the backyard was not picked up after the last pool party.

The beds were so comfortable. They felt like sleeping on a cloud. Best sleep I've gotten in a long time, especially in a rental.When we vacation, we normally don't go out to eat, but cook in house. So to me, the kitchen could use more supplies. There was silverware for four people with a couple extra forks and spoons. There were no large bowls for mixing anything in so we improvised. The set of fry pans was great, but no large pot, like a Dutch oven size. Plenty of cups and glasses, but no pitcher.We noticed that the house has no three prong outlets, so if you have anything with a grounded plug, be sure to bring an adapter so it can plug into the two prong outlet.We did experience an issue with the utility sink filling with water when we used the kitchen sink or used the washing machine, and we did need to bail it out so we could wash dishes or do laundry. That issue was communicated to the owner and she is having that inspected and hopefully resolved. Claudia did communicate with me, so that was nice. The pool was a special treat. All in all we had an amazing vacation, but our vacations are more about the people we spend them with than the home we are staying at. Although we did appreciate that the home is one level, since some of us have mobility issues. And it was spacious.Thank you Claudia for making your home available.

This is a beautiful home with a pool. The host communicates well with you and was aware of my plans before our stay. They have reasonable house rules and it was a great stay. We would have loved to stay longer. The home met our needs for the holiday weekend and allowed us to be with our family under one roof. We will definitely be interested in staying here again in the future.
