Cozy Cabin in the woods. Views of mountains from hot tub and outdoor picnic area. Located just 70 minutes from the Denver area, so perfect for a weekend get a way, or stay for a week! We offer 10% discount for a week or more stay. We also offer a discount for Veterans, law enforcement or firefighters ( please message me for details )
Walking distance to new fourth street crossing area, bike/walking path along the river , numerous restaurants, Rec center and free bus route.
The space
A-frame in the Mountains, livingroom, kitchen, dining area. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, Outside picnic area, private hot tub.

A-frame is on well and septic.
Only toilet paper in toilet, no sanitary napkins or tampons.
We provide drinking water for guests, well water has a lot of minerals.
