If you're looking for a hug of a home in a versatile location, welcome!

We offer discounts for week and month long stays!

Nestled in Summit Cove, this home features a freshly painted interior and new hot tub! Our home offers a main floor primary bedroom (King), 2nd floor guest suite (Queen), and second floor bedroom featuring a queen size bed and a built in, lofted full size bed. There are full baths on both floors. We have a recliner couch that can comfortably sleep one or two as well as a pack and play for the little ones. A high chair and baby gate are also available. All new area rugs, comfortable linens, newer mattresses, updated and fully loaded kitchen, HUGE deck, gas burning stove for chilly mountain nights, hot tub for soaking sore ski legs...

Please note that because the home is an A-frame, the stairs to the second floor are a bit steep. Most guests do not have issue navigating them but if you have bad knees or other mobility issues let's discuss before you book.

While we are dog friendly (additional nightly fee applies), dogs are absolutely not allowed on any furniture or in any beds. We also ask that if your dog sheds you run the vacuum before you leave. And don't forget to pick up after your pet!

Lovely mountain getaway and the location is amazing. Tucked in a gorgeous neighborhood with tons of trail access but also close to town if you want to check out the local restaurants. Would absolutely stay again!

The cabin was very nice!!!! great for a family get away! The only thing I would recommend is the cleanliness the sheets weren’t washed when checking in but it was an easy fix we used the washer & dryer! The washer machine was very nice and the house came stocked with things! The house had a nice large dock. I would recommend a ac unit during the summer because it got super hot and it definitely needs dusting and an air purifier!!!

We’re wondering if this review, or portions of it, may have been intended for another property. Our cabin is located in the mountains and does not have a lake or a dock, so the reference to enjoying the home's “nice large dock” does not describe our property. Like most mountain homes in the area, our cabin does not have air conditioning. Temperatures are typically cool enough that it isn’t necessary, although this summer has brought some unusually warm days. For those rare occasions, we provide multiple portable fans throughout the home in addition to a ceiling fan. We’re also concerned by the comment regarding the sheets. Our cleaning team typically does stellar work, and we were not contacted about any issue with the linens during the stay. Had we known, we would have addressed it immediately. Given the reference to a significant feature our property simply does not have, we’re unsure whether the comments regarding the linens, dust, and air conditioning were all intended for our cabin. We take legitimate feedback seriously and would absolutely want the opportunity to address any issue that occurred at our property.

Very well-appointed A-frame with plenty of recent upgrades and had everything we possibly needed. Lot of people complained about the stairs, but had no issues with them whatsoever. Again, it’s an A-frame, so some spaces are just weird and tight as a result of the architecture, but we had no issues with our family - two adults, two young kids, and dog. My younger kid really enjoyed the top “bunk” in the upstairs bedroom. Hot tub was great. TVs had all the apps for movie nights and any other needed viewing. Plenty of games and other amenities as well. Location close to Keystone, Dillon, Frisco, and Breckenridge was ideal for any season. Went to a couple restaurants nearby and enjoyed them both. Will definitely be back.

The upstairs bunk nook tends to be a favorite for little ones and we’re so glad your kiddo enjoyed it. Great place to stay! The entire home was clean, well stocked with towels, toiletries and kitchen supplies. The fireplace was a nice way to warm up and the hot tub was a perfect way to soak up some great views of the mountains and the stars. I’d recommend this for anyone looking to stay in the area. The property discrimination is very accurate.

Great Mountain getaway!

We absolutely had the best time this weekend! The A frame cabin is so homey and decorated beautifully. We loved the hot tub and the bed slept really good (which is really important on vacation).

Great Location/Neighborhood

Great stay! The location was perfect. The neighborhood was really quiet and pretty. Close proximity to Breck, Dillon, Frisco & Silverthorne. Lots of hiking in the area!

Great Stay

Such a great stay here! We were in town to ski and it is super close to keystone and breck. Only 35-40 mins to Vail as well. Overall had a great experience, hot tub was an amazing bonus here too!

Great house!

The house was amazing for our stay to ski at A-Basin. Our dog was welcome and the yard was great for her and the neighborhood had plenty of walking trails.

Water stopped working and host was quick to get a plumber. TV in living room didn’t work for the stay. Location was amazing in that it was close to skiing and store. The furniture and bedding need updating. Holes in comforter and the bed pad and comforter didn’t look like they were washed. The place needs a good cleaning under furniture and around and above the stove. I don’t know if the toaster oven or microwave were safe to use( need to be replaced. Hot tub was the best after a day of skiing. Could use a few more towels but we made it work with the washer and dryer.

I’m glad to hear you enjoyed the location and got good use out of the hot tub after skiing—that’s one of our favorite parts too. I also appreciate your patience while we addressed the water issue. We had a plumber out right away to get that resolved as quickly as possible. A few clarifications, just for accuracy: • The microwave is brand new and fully operational. • The TV in the living room is also in working order—we did not receive any messages during your stay about issues and would have been happy to help troubleshoot, as it appears to have been a setup/user issue. • There are additional towels stocked in the hallway dresser, which are available for guest use. • All bedding has been replaced within the past year and is cleaned and turned over between every stay. That said, we take cleanliness and guest comfort seriously, and your comments about areas needing deeper attention (under furniture, around/above the stove) have been shared with our cleaning team for follow-up. We’re always working to improve, and feedback like this helps us do that. Thank you again for staying with us.

Peaceful retreat

We stayed for 3 nights and it was so relaxing. Close enough to several towns and outdoor recreational opportunities, so there was always something to do, but it was tucked away in a quiet neighborhood to escape the crowds of town.

Cozy Mountain Getaway

We spent five days skiing at Keystone and loved coming home to this cozy A-frame. Only 10 minutes from the slopes, well stocked, and comfortable for our family of four and our dog. Owner was very responsive and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again!
