This is the perfect place for a getaway! There are miles of sandy beach along the shore of Lake Superior right out the back door. You are close (4 blocks) to the aerial lift bridge, Canal Park, and downtown Duluth. The house was newly remodeled in the spring of 2012 to include fireplace and sauna. Main level and upstairs have amazing views of Lake Superior (you can see the lake while relaxing in the claw-foot tub). Downstairs includes washer/dryer, Foosball, and air-hockey table.

I have enjoyed staying at this Park Point Beach House a few times...and will continue to spend time during future vacations. It is a perfectly appointed home and I love waking to the view of the lake!

We love our time each year at this property right on the beach at Park Point. Looking out the kitchen window to check on the lake , being able to walk out the back yard onto the beach and the shallow water of the lake on this beach is an added daily gift. The house continues to be a treasure.

I think this is about the 10th time we've stayed at this property. It’s always perfect. The owners are awesome and the backyard makeover turned out incredible.

This is an excellent place to stay. The rooms upstairs were larger than I expected and the view of the lake from the main bedroom was spectacular. There is direct access to the beach from the backyard. The kitchen was well equipped.

Beautifully appointed quaint cottage with fun amenities. Loved the games downstairs and the beach access from the back door. Fantastic location close to fun bars and restaurants in Duluth. We had a blast!

Terrific location. Walkable to Canal Park. We enjoyed the beach and front porch. Beautiful views and lots of windows. Appreciated the amenities like washer and dryer. Local family in town for a wedding. Will stay again!

Great location and views

Walking distance to Canal park shops and restaurants, this home is ideally located. We enjoyed the great views of the lake and the cozy fireplace.

Steve and I (Heather) have lived in Duluth for the past 25 and 20 years, respectively. We call it home now and have a tough time seeing ourselves living elsewhere. Lake Superior has a draw and we've been mesmerized since moving here. We both love the water and spend a significant amount of our free time walking the beach, stand-up paddle boarding, kayaking, surfing, canoeing and fishing. We love this area and always look forward to coming home when we've gone on vacation.

You are 5 blocks away for the farthest inland port in the world.

You are 5 blocks away from one of the largest lift bridges in the United States. There you can view Ocean and Great Lake ships from less than 100 feet as they enter and leave the port.

Minnesota Point is surrounded by water and the Aerial Lift Bridge is the only point of access by land. You are essentially on an island!
