This charming 2 story house is nestled in a quiet, residential neighborhood perfect for anyone that wants to enjoy the wonderful attractions that Duluth has to offer, yet retreat to your private house in a quiet neighborhood only a few minutes away.
This house has its own back yard with fire pit, and attached garage to park a vehicle with additional off street parking. Guests enjoy a morning coffee on the covered deck overlooking the back yard. The upstairs has a master bedroom with a queen size bed, a second bedroom with a full size bed, full bathroom, and access to the second story deck. The main floor has a large dining room table which seats up to 8, living room and kitchen with access to the main level deck out the back door.
The house has AC units in both bedrooms and on the main floor, along with a washer and dryer in the basement for your convenience. Also included is a LG 48” smart TV, Wifi, Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Video, and blu ray/DVD player.
