Very nice, clean unit! The facility has lots of amenities - lazy river, 2 pools, tennis courts, etc. perfect for families with kids.

Condo was very clean and spacious very family oriented u have to hit the elevator at right times or your going to wait awhile but overall experience I would definitely stay again

We loved the property and all of the amenities. Owner was super to deal with and unit was perfect size for all of us to spread out!

Last minute Thanksgiving Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I had a great time. We planned it last minute, and Julia was more than helpful with planning. The only thing I would say was that there was a stench when getting off of the elevator on to our floor.

Spring Break Family Trip

Condo is super nice as described in property details. Perfect location for quick store runs, beach access, and pool activities. A few cosmetics flaws and some linen was stained but overall would highly recommend.

I would choose the building again, excellent for families but would choose another unit. The unit was advertised as recently updated, that implies must more improvements such as carpet, appliances, mattresses, bedding, furniture and more. The only thing obviously new was the sectional in the living room. Must in the unit is dated and worn out.

Vacation 2025

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was exactly as pictured. Location was excellent. The only complaints are the mattresses are real bad in the guest 2 bedrooms. Those mattresses should have been replaced a long time ago. The utensils looked to have been put up by dirty. We had to run a load in dishwasher upon arrival to have clean utensils.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice location for condo. Everything was very nice. The dining room chairs need to be replaced. The kitchen lacked in some everyday dish and glass ware. Otherwise we really enjoyed our stay.

NOT Newly Renovated

This property is inaccurately described as being newly renovated. The property is average and could actually use some updating. There were several things specifically related to the unit that I will email to the property manager, but it was disappointing to see the mediocrity of the condo when we arrived.

The property was very dirty i was given back my cleaning fee but that did not matter st that point itvwas very upsetting i will never stayvthere again it was not as it was described on line very deceiving

Ok but not great

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo had a weird smell to it and overall seemed like it wasn’t very clean. Found random trash around the place and it just felt a bit dark and dingy. The couches and chairs were very worn and not comfortable and the TV remotes barely worked. Tried to get on Netflix on the tv in the living room and it’s such an outdated smart tv that Netflix and Disney+ are no longer supported on it. The building itself was fairly nice but we were a bit disappointed in the condo itself.

Great Place with Issues

My husband and I took our two adult sons, daughter in law and grandson for a week. The lay out is perfect for that group. It mostly appeared clean except two of the three bedroom bedspreads had visible dirt that you could pick off. Obviously we laundered all the bedding before sleeping on them . I was bothered by the fact that there were only two wine glasses for a place of that size?!!! Our grandson is still crawling and he was filthy after crawling around for the first time. So of course we had to mop the entire place too. Peeling paint on the master bath surround. Dated and dirty pulls in the kitchen. There were numerous champagne glasses but some had cracks in them. We still had a wonderful time, just wouldn’t choose this particular unit again.

The check in and out process is hands off and very easy. Our stay would have been much better if the unit would have actually been cleaned and the living room tv actually worked. When we checked in I noticed the unit had a musty smell on top of cleaning product, think mildew smell mixed with fabuloso. The online listing shows completely different furnishings and the unit is not “newly updated” they switched out the dining room chairs for older looking ones than the photos show online and there is one sectional that appears to be newer, everything else is older and outdated. Living room tv worked for 30 minutes then refused to stay on longer than 5 minutes so it was unusable for the entire trip. I did have good experience with the property manager however and appreciate her help when I reached out with my concerns. We had to buy laundry supplies and launder all of the bedding as it had stains and a smell of other peoples perfume, after we washed it ourselves the perfume and stains were gone, clearly indicating the beds were not cleaned before we checked in just re made. The property itself only had 3 working elevators during our stay due to a transformer blowing before we checked in. I also found a used wine glass by the side of the master bedroom. The cleaning fee was refunded to us per the managers discretion which was very nice but please know that for the price paid the quality is subpar.

This specific condo was so great! Beautiful views you cannot beat, and we really had everything we needed. The host was great, and everything was taken care of. Really, this condo was wonderful.The biggest problem was not the individual condo itself, it was Oasis in general. The elevator situation was horrible…at times we waited an entire HOUR to simply catch an elevator. And no, I am not kidding. It was HORRIBLE. Definitely expect to wait at least an hour to catch an elevator at check in and check out times. They were also backed up for 20-30 minutes around 9 every morning, and then 4:00-6:00 each day was also horrible wait times. We got to a point where we would squeeze one to two people of our party on elevators as we could so we could move. And at one point, in order to avoid a 30 minute wait, we walked down 30 flights of stairs. If we had been carrying luggage at that point, there’s no way we could have done that.The amenities looked so awesome in pictures, but they were not clean. The lazy river was nasty (way too many people so trash, hair, you name it was in it). My 6 year old actually saw and almost picked up a broken glass beer bottle up from the bottom of the pool.We did like the security team-they were very diligent with safety during the storms. We also liked that it was not a super far walk on the sand to get to the water at the beach.

Only complaint was the TV service. It constantly was off, but thankfully, we didn't come to stay in and watch tv. I would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Unit was in very good condition. We had 1 missing blanket in the master bedroom that was quickly resolved. Kids really liked the lazy river and pool slide. Beach was beautiful and water was very warm. Very close to restaurants shopping and grocery stores. Would recommend this unit for future trips.

Elevators!!

Reviewer Comments: The on site person that we checked in with was very rude!!!I also think there should be a special area that could be used for a few hours with out paying $60. We parked 2 vehicles off site and asked if we could bring one in for 5 hours to pack and had to pay $60!!!!Need more elevators. Having handicapped person I would not suggest staying due to sometimes a 45 min wait.
