We loved our stay! Wish I had realized it was the third story and no elevator. Could be my fault. Wasn’t able to access the living room tv. No remote. Would love to come back in a ground level unit! Host was great to communicate with.

It was dirty. My children’s socks where black from the floor, the pull out couch has food and crumbs on the bed and under it, the bathrooms were gross and the showers did not drain because if clogged drains with hair. Definitely not worth the price. We also had to purchase garbage bags, toilet paper, dish soap and laundry soap.

We will be back

We enjoyed the condo! There were 5 adults and we had plenty of room. The kitchen was well stocked and everything was clean. Close to the beach but we did enjoy the golf cart that was included. Property manager was great. Very accommodating. They checked with the owner and we were allowed to bring our dogs which made the trip even better. Would definitely stay here again.

RealJoy is Excellent

The room is as advertised and we enjoy this general location of 30a in the off season. With that said, my reason for this review is to highlight RealJoy Vacations team. Their guest services is the best we’ve ever experienced. Their responsiveness is impressive honestly and I would highly recommend them.
