The Nestucca River house was a lovely property!! We enjoyed our stay very much and would recommend this house to anyone looking for a cozy riverfront stay with water access. Kids fished right off the dock in the mornings. Pacific City was only a few minutes away and had a beautiful ocean beach. We loved having the upstairs loft space, kitchen, and living room to spread out and relax after our adventure filled days.

I don't think I have ever stayed in a place as well equipped! It was fabulous. And so quiet and peaceful. I highly recommend it.

Cozy house with beautiful river and wildlife views. It is very close to the beach and shops. The house is well stocked and was perfect for our family weekend. We loved our time here.

From the moment we walked through the door we felt right at home. The host was welcoming and extremely responsive. The host was perfect and we filled it with laughs every night playing cards around the kitchen table!

Very nice and quaint location right on the Nestucca River.Moored boat at dock and felt very comfortable and safe doing so.House worked great for our needs of out of town guests fishing in Pacific City.

River house by the beach

Had a great time. Fished off the dock and it was great for our 2 person kayak. The view was perfect and very relaxing. Great vacation home close to beaches and the Nestucca River.

Wonderfully peaceful

What a great location. Paddle boarding off of the doc, views of fields and the river. Close to town and the ocean. Highly recommend!

Cozy river house with gorgeous views

Thanks so much for letting us stay at your home! The views were amazing- the river is gorgeous and it’s just a quick drive to the beach. We had so much fun and the girls loved the upstairs room!

Great for a group of fishing-minded PNWers

Not fancy but this place workedwell for us! Clean, stocked and functional. One bathroom, fyi. We would def stay again without hesitation.

Dory Fishing Weekend

Spent two nights at this house. Very clean and comfortable. Right on the river. Watched elk and geese across the river and a pair of otters playing in the river.

Peace and Quiet

We had a very relaxing week in this wonderful beach house. The owners take great pride in the upkeep of this home. It was clean, quality furniture, and well stocked kitchen. Definitely recommend to family and friends.

Tranquil

We had a lovely relaxing time. Kitchen had everything you could want. Beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed watching the river flow with the tide, cows, blue heron, kayaks and fishing boats. Great location. Close to many restaurants, groceries and beach access. Thank you for the hospitality!

Perfect little cottage for a home base to adventure from! Fully stocked with home comforts it worked perfectly for our group of 5 to rest and prepare meals. The highlight was the dock right on the river, great for watching the local wildlife and the local herd of cows, i enjoyed a quiet cup of tea every morning just watching the morning fog lift. Head out to the dock at high tide to see the seals and listen for Bossy Bessie the cow telling her herd what to do! Our main challenge was one kid on crutches could not manage to get to the dock and the spiral stair had to be climbed on her hands and knees!
