Great location for our family of 6 to visit our Marine. The house fit us so comfortably, it was very clean and located conveniently to so many stores, restaurants, base and museum with reasonable drive to DCA. Would definitely recommend.

We loved everything about our stay! It was perfect for our family! The pictures were exactly how the house was, and we were more than 100% pleased with the house, wooded area, the ease of booking/paying, and our hostess, Jennifer. She responded immediately to all of my messages, and I highly recommend this booking. I would definitely book again if we were in the area.

Jennifer's home was great for our family reunion. The kitchen was very large and well-equipped. We appreciated the spacious living and dining rooms as well. Our grandchildren enjoyed playing basketball in the driveway and foosball in the garage. The ceiling fans and A/C kept the house comfortable inspite of a heat wave during our stay.The house is about 20 minutes from the freeway and shopping, but the drive was pleasant and we didn't mind.We would be happy to stay again.Don

The house in beautiful, and we enjoyed our stay, even with the few plumbing problems we had. I would suggest an extra blanket for each room, seeing as there was only a bedspread on the beds.

An absolutely beautiful stay, Jennifer was easy to communicate with. Enjoyed every bit of it. It is a bit tucked away from main roads but nothing too crazy.

We had a great experience. The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Outstanding communication and hospitality from the host. They were incredibly responsive and helpful from start to finish. It’s clear they care about their guests having a great experience. We rented the 5 bedroom Stafford house for a family gathering while visiting our nephew who works at Prince William Forest Park, and it couldn’t have been a better choice. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out—whether playing games, doing puzzles, reading, or just enjoying time together. The house was spotless, well-stocked with everything we needed, and the décor was beautiful—a fun conversation piece! We also loved having a winery just down the street, which was such a nice bonus. Overall, a wonderful stay, and we will absolutely book again the next time we’re in the area.

Jennifer’s property was perfect for our family celebration of our son’s graduation from the Basic School. Only a 20 minute drive to the base. The house was equipped with almost everything that we needed!

Annual New Years Get Together with Family and Friends

Spacious house that was perfect for our group. Conveniently located near DC and lovely parks with trails nearby. Excellent communication with host. (One minor plumbing issue that was immediately taken care of.)

Thanks for the feedback we had the paper holder fixed after your departure (prev guest broke it but we didn’t know and can’t get same day replacement with back to back stays) we will double check supplies for future we usually have large stockpile of small and large trash bags under sink.

Graduation celebration!

The host was very responsive and interacted well. The house was perfect for my event. I was able to host a family celebration for a graduation. It was the perfect amount of space for everyone to be comfortable. The only issue was the heating and cooling system but as mention earlier the host was so responsive it never became a big issue. I would definitely book with this host/ property agian.

House in the woods

The house is nice on the inside and acommodated our needs. There were some minor cleanliness I found undone, but for the most part we loved the home. Oh how i love the communication of the host! 5 stars

We had such a great time at this property! Six adults and two children — the perfect amount of beds and baths, lots of fun games, and plenty of space to hang out. Ceiling fans in every room is so nice! We roasted s’mores in the backyard fireplace. We brought a few yard games and played with the dog out back. To note: the fenced in yard is not complete, with a small gate propped open with a cinder block in the back. Getting out of the driveway is quite blind - easily resolved with someone hopping out to make sure no one was coming as we pulled out. There were quite a few small issues that didn’t really impact our stay, but mildly annoying — like a toilet paper holder not attached, towel racks either detached or barely dangling but wouldn’t support a wet towel, curtains not blackout. I learned how to play the board game Risk, thanks to the stash in the back room. My child and I played ping ping for hours in the mornings while everyone else slept in - it was nice to have that game space on the opposite side of the house as the bedrooms.

Wonderful stay at this kid friendly, dog friendly home

Our hostess Jennifer was very responsive to all the messages that were sent. All the rooms had fan.The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms newly updated. There were so many kid friendly toys and doggy dishes were available. The garage had so many games available from ping pong to Air Hockey to Darts. We did not have an opportunity to use the outside area but the back deck was nice to enjoy coffee in the morning. It's very close to Potomac Point Winery and perfect for large groups. Many thanks to our wonderful hostess.

Lovely home near Stafford

We had a wonderful stay at the home. Everything was just as pictured. Anything you could want or need had been provided. The home was located close enough to town and other attractions to make getting there easy, but far enough away from main roads to feel secluded and peaceful. Check in and out were effortless on our part. We had a few animal visitors that came through the fenced in yard, including a fox! One caveat that I would add, the yard was a bit high while we were there (lots of rain) and there are a few gaps in the fence that wildlife can come through, so between the two of us and our dog, we did pick up a couple of ticks, so just make sure you check yourselves and pets over, just in case! If you bring a dog who is more inclined to escape than our velcro corgi, you may want to keep a closer eye on them, but we had zero worries about that with our dog. We highly recommend staying here if you're in the area!

Good spot for multi family gatherings, big enough space for everyone. They weren’t lying when they mentioned a “sensitive septic” because we had multiple plumbing issues during our stay some got resolved, some did not. Just a fair warning, extremely hard water with visible sediment that never cleared up… I went out and bought a 80 bathtub filter for the faucet before trying to bathe my kids (all under the age of 3) and by no means did we over work the system. We were under the household capacity and out of the house 6 hrs daily. We loved all the outdoor amenities but they could definitely use some TLC.. would I would’ve don’t for a shop vac or blower to clean up (the broom left out didn’t do justice)
