This is a great place to stay when you have a tournament at small wood state park. Great internet, well stocked kitchen and comfortable space.

Host was excellent and responsive. Kidz really enjoyed the large clean outdoor. Just a suggestion if they could upgrade their bedding and kitchen crockery it will become more lucrative

I’m not sure what you mean by the kitchen crockery but we have everything anybody could ever need in the kitchen. We have had several Guest text me beforehand to see if there was a certain thing for the kitchen and I make sure you have it before you come. As for the bedding, we make sure that everybody’s comfortable, if you had a problem, we would be more than happy to bring you more blankets, i’m sorry you did not reach out to me as I would have brought them to you immediately

Awesome place

Stayed several days for a bass tournament before and came back to do it again. Best place I’ve ever stayed up here and we will certainly be back again next year.

House was very nice to stay at and the host was very accommodating towards my family. Distance to our kids location was an issue, but that was due to the vrbo website not the host.

Thank you for stating it was a VRBO issue, Infortunately the location means we are where we ard. Hopefully,VRBO tells you ahead of time the general vicinity of where you are located when you rent. I also include in my description how many miles we are from each famous location that I could possibly find.

Group of tournament anglers reserved and stayed at this property. The host was very accommodating and the property was in a great location. Host was very accommodating and the property was large enough to support our group.

Gorgeous deck, great for families. We had an excellent stay. Thank youto our hosts! The cooking supplies were abundant as well as spices. Thought full items for forgotten toiletries. Dollar Genetal on vorner even has fresh produce.

Great for bass fishing

Very nice clean, safe place for fishing. We had 7 and all slept comfortably and plenty of parking. Close to Matawoman and Marshall Hall Will stay again

Excellent long term stay for a large group

I had a research project with a large number of students. The location was excellent for this purpose. The hosts were very receptive to requests. The location is highly recommended!

Potomac River haven

This is the PERFECT place to stay for folks visiting Smallwood State Park! Great for a number of friends that are cooking up to fish the Potomac plenty of parking to accommodate multiple fishing rigs. Great and helpful owners! Great home with a number of amenities. We are enjoyed our stay and will be back!

Perfect for us

The house was perfect for us. We had plenty of parking for our vehicles and the house was clean and comfortable. I also had all the amenities that we needed for cooking and our stay. I look forward to staying again in the future.
