Beautiful place!! Very clean and well stocked. Had an amazing time with my family. My 97 yo mother loved sitting and watching the wildlife.

Beautiful location remote yet close enough to Fredericksburg to easily take advantage of the town. Very comfortable house with all the amenities. Plenty of space for together time as well as spreading out.

Beautiful home on an outstanding piece of waterfront property that has amazing early morning sunrises and lots of areas to play an have fun. Great vacation home for a large family.

We had a great time at the Waterfront Estate! The home had everything we needed and was safe for the little ones. The pool was clean, the dock was ideal for our water adventures and the property had amazing views! We would highly recommend!

This property will absolutely exceed your expectations!! It is a huge space, big, airy rooms, so many gorgeous touches in terms of decorating. The pool is spectacular and the grounds are well cared-for. It is a birder's paradise - we saw hummingbirds, bald eagles, hawks, and osprey. There's a well-established osprey nest at the end of the dock, and we spent the week observing a nesting pair. The kids were constantly engaged in activities, even on rainy days!! They loved fishing off of the dock, and caught lots of catfish and even a stingray. This property is close to fun activities but also secluded enough to feel like the only people around for miles. This home is our new "bar" for future rentals. I have never rented a place as beautiful as this one! Highly recommend!

Property was amazing. Was not anticipating the animal life. On screened porch, we listened to chatter of three bald eagles roosting in pine trees next to porch. Then watched aerial defenses of eagles getting too close to two pair of nesting ospreys! Top guns of the air! Abundant song birds and waterfowl along with an otter!

Summer family vacation

This was truly the perfect home/location for our summer family vacation. The host were easy to work with and promptly responded to all my questions. The house was well maintained and stocked with supplies. The kitchen was fabulous and the kids appreciated all the toys!! We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and fishing off the dock. Highly recommend

The house and grounds are great. The problem was that the owner scheduled an all-day lawn service during the stay so I could not enjoy the quiet space outdoors and pool, which was the main reason I picked the house.

Our extended family had a wonderful time at Pine Harbor! Our group of seven included two couples, two college-aged "kids" and a 15 year-old. We had more than enough room and plenty to keep us busy. The dock/water access was perfect for fishing as well as using the provided paddleboard and kayaks. The pool, lounge chairs and beautiful view was by far the biggest draw during the day. We brought a few inflatable pool floats to make the most out of the pool experience. Once evening rolled around, the hot tub and pool table were busy spots. The kitchen had just about everything we needed. Clean, spacious bathrooms and plenty of seating throughout the home served our group well. The ample usable grass area was perfect for the yard games we brought (cornhole & spike ball). The hosts were very responsive with the few questions we had. Check in/out procedures were detailed and easy to follow. The location of the home was close enough to downtown Fredericksburg that it made it easy to take the train into DC for a day. Free parking near the Fredericksburg train station was a plus. We loved our stay!
