Communication with host was great. The property was clean and everything we needed was provided. The location was ideal and convenient to what we planned to do on our trip. The only thing we found odd was no outlet in the bathroom.

The host responded very quickly. They were very professional. I actually made a mistake booking dates. They fixed it no hassle at all. It was my fault abs they didn’t have to fix MY mistake for me.

This cozy spot is perfect for single travelers, couples, and small groups of four or five people. It’s in a great location that has lots of restaurants in walking distance. The host was very prompt with any questions I had about my stay, which completed an overall pleasant stay. I fully recommend this listing!

I really loved how close this location was to downtown and overall Lathan was an incredible host. The only few complaints I have is that the stove/oven could’ve been cleaner and the blinds in the living room definitely need to be replaced or curtains should be put up. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay. It was pretty cozy.

I enjoyed my stay! The house was nice and veryyyy spacious. One thing I would note about the place is the blinds, they could be upgraded to match the aesthetic of the house. Other than that, beautiful place & I will be back 3

The unit was nice and clean. Excellent communication from host. Just a couple things I’ll mention is that the location is close to LSU, but unfortunately the area is not kept up by other tenants so there was a lot of garbage/trash/furniture piled on the street next to and behind the parking area, and during our stay the parking lot had multiple vehicles being maintenanced by other tenants/or someone using the parking area so parking was difficult the first day and a half.
