The place was very clean and had large bedrooms. Plenty of dishes and things in cabinets. Check in and check out was very easy. Great place will stay again!

The property was extremely clean. Communication with Emma was superb! I loved that she communicated by text!!! The location was excellent. There are 2 door codes, one to get into the building and a different one to get in the apartment. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend!

The Seneca house was amazing! The hosts thought of every little detail right down to the wine opener! We stayed in the lower two bedroom level, which was great for having our grandkids stay with us. The location allow us to walk to downtown coffee and dinner. Word of warning… If you use a third-party app like Expedia like we did check-in may be confusing, but the host immediately contacted us and straightened everything out. We would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended!

We were in town for a wedding and we are thankful to have found this place! Great location in a quiet neighborhood. Easy check-in and check-out, clean, had no issues as all.

Comfortable home and Responsive Owner/Manager

The house was clean, comfortable and the owner was able to talk us through the technical questions. She even had a coffee bar and bottled water in the fridge.There was a bit of noise from guests in the apartment above at about 3 in the morning.

The host seemed very kind. The photos did not depict the actual space. Many dead insects (but better than live ones) around the entry; the floors, and windows. There was a barking dog in the upstairs unit that was a constant interruption, and the place smelled funny. Marginally clean. We did not stay for the full visit. Just not what was sold.

Nice location close to river. Lots of charm and character. One star deducted for intermittent internet service - connection to router worked but lost internet connection for a few minutes every 30 minutes. One star deducted for dirty window sills (lots of dead flies) in living room. One star deducted for home not being ready for check-in (smoke alarm going off because no battery, trash not cleaned, linen in washer). One star added for quick and full response to check-in issues. I would stay again if I had assurance that internet issues and cleanliness issues were addressed.
