Great weekend getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Really enjoyed our time! Property was in a great location! Only minor concern was when we arrived the slider off one of the bedrooms was unlocked, but overall great trip!

Thoroughly enjoyed our 5 night stay! Love the location so close to the beach, the pier, restaurants etc. Comfortable, low key placeto stay at a reasonable price.

The place is a short walk to beach which is nice. The property is very old couches have stains on them and kitchen is very old noDishwasher which is ok. Beds are good bathroom is old and bathroom sink clogs. For the price we were disappointed with furniture neighborhood is nice and close to a lot of things. Park down street was fun with craft fairs and markets

Great place to stay

Our stay was great. It was clean and looked just like the pictures online. The check in process was super easy. Management responded quickly when we had a question and were super helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Good communications. The grill grate was in rough shape and some interior doors were difficult to close all the way.

Great little place

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Excellent little place to stay at!!!! Not very far off the beach and many stores and restaurants around. Situatrd in a nice and quiet neighborhood. Definitely recommend Benjamin's bakery as well for coffee and bagels.

Reviewer Comments: I LOVED the rental it was so convenient only about a 2/3 minute walk from the beach I have 5 children and 2 grandkids and it was the perfect location for all my older kids hit the night club while my teenagers went bowling while i took the smaller children for ice cream the house was so cute everything was included down to pots and pans my only complaint was nobody told me the grill was broken and I had purchased a gas tank and several other things bit other than that It was definetly a nice stay and I will plan to stay again

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home was as expected based on the photos. It was clean and a close walk to the beach. The booking fees are very high. We had to clean up and be out by 10am. Which is a bit early. Parking was not a problem because they said parking on the grass is ok. Customer service was pleasant and check in was easy. Overall we had a nice stay in a peaceful neighborhood.

No pool. No hot tub. Three blocks from the Surfside Beach pier was nice.

Nice comfortable 2 bedroom house. Very close to the beach and a very clean neighborhood. Only down side was the 8am wake up to yard maintenance crews. Otherwise definitely recommend.

The house was not very clean at all. The outside was loaded with spider webs as you climb the stairs up to the entrance. The patio area was dirty with cushions that had mold on them, as well as a couple of chairs that were not safe to sit in. Inside dusting was minimal as we could see dust on the tv stand and underneath. We also had to sweep up sand upon arrival (more than what would be considered reasonable). There were also roaches crawling in the kitchen every morning. And yes, I know that happens at the beach. However, for the money I spent for our short trip I don’t think that should be expected. I’ve stayed in plenty of homes at the beach where there were none. There were also minimal dishes and things in the kitchen.There was also no hose outside that would allow us to rinse off our things once we came in from the beach.

The home was a bit dirty. The cleaning company needs to look down at the borders and wipe them also around the doors to the rooms. The chair covers on the patio need to be replaced or removed as the chairs underneath are nice. The couches were filled with stains. We barely used the couches because they were not appealing. There are zero amenities with this home. No hose to clean your stuff after the beach. Kitchen- no bowls or proper cooking equipment and what was there was in poor shape. Two teeny tiny soaps to bathe with for 1 week. They lasted two washes Light in living room doesnt work The light in the dining room is the worst most unpleasant lighting. Like being in a warehouse. 1 blanket for three people went to target to purchase 2 more Hardly any hangers to hang our cloths Missing amenities like a hose G had cobwebsBanister leading to house was covered in dirt. We have rented many times and also owened our own rental. This was very sub par compared to the rest and not worth the price. Rather pay a little more to stay in a nice home with proper amenities.
