This was a fantastic place for us and our adult children and their families. We went to the aquarium and zoo and everything was easy access. The host was very easy to get in touch with and ask questions. Loved the walking distance to great restaurants. If I’m ever back in Cincinnati, definitely will stay here again!

We had a great time staying here. We were in town for a wedding and it was excellent having 5 beds that were queen sized or larger. The property is an older home that has been renovated, and is walking distance from the Dayton, KY downtown 6th Avenue area. We walked to breakfast every morning and also were able to walk to the great New Riff Distillery.

Very nice old house with great character. Parking is a little tough with 2 larger vehicles. The house itself is very authentic th the area and as presented on the website

Charming house provided the perfect getaway. So much to see in this northern Kentucky/Cincinnati area and easy to get to places.

The address is Dayton KY, but it’s walking distance to lots of local shops and 5 minute drive to the aquarium. Nice floor plan. Back yard is super kid friendly. Off street parking. It’s an old house with loads of old house charm and up-to-date amenities. The AC works well. Quiet neighborhood. Comfortable beds and couch.

My family absolutely loved our stay. The house was as cute as can be and my kids loved the three story layout. There was plenty of room to spread out. We’ll definitely stay there again if we are in the area.

We had a great time. The property was clean and the location was great. A quick drive to the Great American Ballpark, so easy we decided to catch a second game while we were there. Plenty of places to eat within walking distance. The neighborhood felt very safe. While walking the area there were plenty of friendly people that were happy to point out local places to visit.

We would love to give your place a wonderful review nonetheless. We do appreciate all the fans and airconditioners. We did not find the house hot at all like many reviews stated. Parking in the back was tough for just one vehicle, but that is mainly because of the neighbors and we have larger vehicles. One neighbor had a basketball goal blocking the path. Neighbor straight behind had their trash containers in the path, and on trash day had all their trash bins blocking the pathway completely. Neighbor to the right, you may not be aware, have chickens and roosters. City ordinance bans roosters in city limits. It made it very hard to get much rest. No one listed that in a review so we are thinking they must be new to the neighbors. Besides the banister mishap, everything was mosty great! We appreciate the family games, books, extra towels, large enough for our whole group, and beds were comfortable enough. It was an excellent location for our family trip with so many places within walking distance. Many of those places were accommodating for gluten and dairy free diets. Daughter has Celiac disease so this was the best trip with food not being an issue.

A party of three stayed here; all from out of town, and enjoyed our weekend immensely. We actually never even went into Cincinnati; there was enough to see and do in this area. The property is a lovely old home with wonderful architecture and spacious rooms (well, except for the bathrooms, which is to be expected in an older house). We enjoyed relaxing in the living room, making breakfast in the kitchen, and sleeping well in the three bedrooms (plus there was the entire attic that we didn't use). We did opt to park on the street, as the alley parking spot was VERY tight, but the neighborhood was so quiet we had no concerns about doing that. We would definitely stay here again!

Host was easy to communicate with. House was clean and perfect for our trip. Top floor did get a bit warm but fans were provided from the start and that helped a lot. Driveway situation was a bit confusing due to neighboring residents blocking entrance with a bonfire, but that was no fault of our host. Overall great stay.

I love this town ant the home is classic, charming and very comfortable. They made sure that we were comfortable and checked in on us a couple of time to see if we needed anything. I will definitely be staying here again when I am back in town. Thank You for a great stay. Btw. The coffee was fantastic.

Great location. Plenty of space and close to all sorts of shops. Went to a Reds game so we were just a hop skip away from the ballpark. Great stay!!

The property was roomy, nicely decorated and pretty clean. There was quite a bit of debris and cigarette butts in the back yard. The beds are very firm, they are not very comfortable. For a short stay it was a great place. The contact I and with the property management was amazing, timely and very accomadating.

Great communication and home!

We really liked staying here! We had the AC give up on us the first night and it was fixed quickly and we were kept in the loop which was fantastic. The location is awesome, and the home and neighborhood are adorable. Check in and out were great, and my smalls loved the attic room. Thank you!
