1. To create access to the resort we will need a photo ID or passport of all guests. (During check-in, the front desk will give all guests a numbered ID bracelet and scan a copy of their ID for records.Use them or keep them handy, as you will need to present them at the security gates to re-access the property.)

3. You will have 20 kw of electricity per night included, if there is extra consumption it has a value of 24 Dominican pesos per Kw consumed. Additional consumption can be paid in cash, local bank transfer and Airbnb (consider that we must add USD 10.00 of bank transaction to the initial amount when paying through Airbnb).

4. Please note that there are many bars and restaurants right outside Playa Turquesa Ocean Club so there will be live music and DJ's often and late into the night that you will hear from your condo. Los Corales is a wonderful neighborhood to enjoy life, day and night so it's vibrant.

7. Please note that you will be charged for any damage to the residential or apartment, as well as your belongings or any fault after your stay.

10. Before your arrival, we recommend going through a supermarket. In the accommodation, you will find a bottle of drinking water, coffee, sugar, dishwashing detergent, conditioner, shampoo, and body soap. Each customer is responsible for their replacement.

11. On the day of check-out, you will need to review the electricity consumption incurred during your stay with our staff. This payment is made directly inside the apartment.

Afterward, all guests must stop by the reception desk before leaving the condominium to return their identification wristbands. Once the wristbands have been returned, reception will provide the required check-out receipt (ticket) for your departure.

12. No Visitors Allowed: Due to regulatory Playa Turquesa Complex restrictions, visiting apartments operating as vacation rentals is strictly prohibited.

13. A refundable USD 200.00 security deposit is required.
