Unique to most vacation rentals, this property is ideal for families who want to vacation together, but also enjoy separate privacy and independence. This house is comprised of different Units which can be rented in full (20 people), or separate Units can be rented individually for smaller groups.

This newly remodeled home is located on the shores of Lake Erie in scenic wine country. Walk out your front door and the Lake is within 50 feet for your enjoyment. Sit on your wrap-around deck to enjoy amazing lake views for a morning coffee or majestic sunsets and a glass of wine at dusk. Or, congregate on the back patio to enjoy the wood-burning fireplace on a chilly evening.

This multi-level home has been completely renovated this past year. All units sport brand new stainless steel appliances with beautiful granite countertops, (Lower units have kitchenettes). All bathrooms have been completely updated. Guests will enjoy the comforts of a bedroom with a king bed, three bedrooms with a queen beds, two bedrooms with two twin beds (that can convert to a King) , one bedroom with full sized bunk bed and two pull-out sofa queen beds in upper living rooms, and a queen murphy bed in the game room. Three washer/dryers are located on the property. Foosball, poker and bumper-pool tables in Lower West Unit. There are 2 private decks for outdoor grilling and relaxation.
Central air conditioning, seasonal (Fall to Spring) interior gas fireplace, WIFI, two Epson printers and off-street parking (5 cars on concrete and 2 cars on yard) is available.
Guests with a boat will have added $50/night/boat parking fee to their quoted rental.
Explore the shoreline, hunt for beach glass or just listen to the waves and watch an amazing sunset! Savor the many nearby wineries. Discover local orchards for seasonal produce selections. North East PA, Erie PA, Westfield NY, and Findley Lake NY offer shops, restaurants, and entertainment. Summer months offer great boating, fishing, golfing and local festivals. Winter months offer skiing at nearby Peek N'Peak resort.

This is an excellent Lake Erie front property that was recently updated. We rented the entire house for 4 families; each had their own space and we had plenty of space for 8 adults and 6 children to gather. The accommodations are exceptional including the wrap-around outdoor decking, Adirondack seating, outdoor eating/seating areas and a sunken seating area with a retractable awning. John was an excellent, responsive host. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property.

John, the host was quick to answer any questions and have solutions to our boat parking issues. The lake views are really spectacular with easy access. The neighbors could not have been friendlier! As for the house itself., it was absolutely perfect for our family. Each adult child had their own space, the units exceeded our expectations. The outdoor areas were incredible. I cannot say enough good things about this place!

Property great for large families. I rented the whole house. Everyone had their own space, but units were big enough to accommodate everyone for meals. House was very clean. Views from the deck were beautiful. It was just a short walk down to the lake.

Great getaway with family

John was a great host. The updates he has been doing look great. There was an issue with the air conditioning in 2 of the units, but John had it fixed the next day. The lake is beautiful and we found some great day trip activities while we were there. We would definitely come back.

Family Fourth in Erie

Family gathered from across the country to celebrate July 4th. The location on the lake provided a good place for relaxing and playing family games, while also being a central location for visiting Niagara Falls and Cleveland. Having individual units allowed the family groups to find individual time as well as gathering together.The property was very clean and well outfitted for being a home away from home. Recent upgrades were appreciated and future upgrades will only make the experience better. The view from the deck of sunset over the lake was unforgettable.

Graduation Weekend

We rented all 4 units. Each unit was well stocked. Comfortable beds, fluffy towels, full size toiletries and some extra kitchen items that you might have overlooked when packing. One disappointing thing was we thought there was a fire pit and there was not one on the property. If this feature were added, this would make an extra perfect place for multiple families to stay. You have your own space but can be together. We enjoyed our time hanging out on the deck with a nice view of the lake and the sunset. I would recommend this property to others.

Overall, this property exceeded our expectations. The home is beautifully updated, with every room thoughtfully designed for both comfort and style. From the modern appliances and cozy gas fireplace to the Keurig machines in each unit, washers and dryers, heated towel racks, crisp linens, and an abundance of blankets and pillows, every detail was carefully considered. Truly, nothing was lacking.We stayed as a group of 10 while celebrating our daughter’s college graduation, and the layout was perfect for us. Everyone had their own comfortable space, including plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms, and sitting areas. One of the main reasons we chose this house was so we wouldn’t feel crowded, and the property delivered exactly that.The outdoor spaces were just as enjoyable, featuring two decks with Adirondack chairs as well as a backyard fire pit and seating area. With lake access right across the street, the setting was absolutely beautiful.The weather finally cleared on our last evening — graduation day — and it could not have been a more perfect sendoff after our daughter’s four years in Erie. We enjoyed cocktails on the deck while watching a gorgeous sunset, exactly the experience we had hoped for.John, the owner, was also wonderful to work with. He was attentive, responsive, and very kind throughout our stay, making us feel welcomed and helping us settle in comfortably.I highly recommend booking this home for your family vacation needs. You won't be disappointed!!

‘No Notes’ is what my son-in-law kept saying about John’s place and he is so right! We had our two adult daughters, their children (ages 6, 4, 2, 2 and 6 months) along with my daughters in laws and it was perfect. Everyone had their own bedrooms and space and we had everything we needed. If we had a question, John answered right away and also gave great recommendations. We’d never been to this area before and loved it. It was the perfect location to wake up and enjoy the beautiful view on the deck with the most amazing window boxes, make breakfast in one of the well stocked kitchens, play on the beach (good beach sandals for the rocks are the most important thing to pack), for a bit and look for sea glass and then choose an adventure at a surrounding winery, on a pirate ship, a sunset cruise, a local park and then cook dinner or go into town for a nice meal. We were home most nights for the beautiful sunset off the deck and enjoyed a fire out back while playing a board game or just chilling. Also close enough to enjoy a day in Niagara at the Lake with we highly recommend! Really just perfect location and a perfect rental home!

In 2017 I purchased a Lake House property as a personal vacation residence - directly across the street from this VRBO property. The beach expresses unique experiences almost everyday - from peaceful/calm kayaking lake, to a wind-surfer's delight with waves over 10'. Sunsets and star gazing opportunities are awesome, and on rare occasions you can witness aurora borealis. We've even witnessed an amazing full eclipse in April 2024.

Woodmere Association is a quiet/residential neighborhood with many full-time residents. Unlike many beach properties that have well and septic issues, Woodmere offers public amenities. Streets are paved - keeping the neighborhood clean and quiet. And, best of all, the beach is accessible without a long walk or huge cliffs to navigate.
