We couldn't have asked for a better stay for our Disneyworld trip! It was so close to all of the parks and made going back and forth so easy. The resort amenities were amazing and kept our two sons busy! The Walmart right down the road was also a huge bonus. The unit was immaculate and comfortable for our 10 day stay with our two boys. We would absolutely stay again and hope to in the coming years!

Great place to stay, close to the parks, convenient and clean. Only slight negative is the twins bed’s mattresses were uncomfortable otherwise absolutely enjoyed the stay.

We are 2 friends in our 70's and felt very much at home in your place!! Everything was so comfortable! Pool area was fun and people very friendly. Looking to rent it again next year!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We loved the beachy colours and decor. The beds were comfortable, lots of towels available, kitchen well stocked, lots of clothes hangers and storage space. The washer and dryer worked well. We had access to a wide variety of television programming when relaxing at the condo. Overall, our stay was comfortable and everything was in good working order. We enjoyed the club pool, had no issues with parking and felt safe on the resort. The location is amazing with the Walmart and so many food options just a few minutes drive.

Property was exactly as listed. We traveled with 4 boys ages 9-16. There was plenty of space in the condo and we enjoyed the short walk to the pool and basketball courts.

Enjoyed our stay as a family over spring break. The pool was great, would advise getting there before 10:30 on peak weeks to get seats. But, There was decent turn over if you miss the morning window! The condo was very spacious and as depicted. Everything felt pretty new and all of the beds and couches were comfortable.

Sunny Rays Escape was upscale and very well-appointed. We appreciated the quiet 4th floor location. Fans and TV's were plentiful in the living room and all bedrooms. The balcony was used daily and provided a wonderful place to relax.We were close to all on-site facilities as well as centrally-located to Disney attractions and restaurants. Windsor Hills Resort is a beautiful, relaxing and safe place! We would definitely return there in the future.

Family stay

Great location to Disney, great pool and slides for kids. Our unit was spacious, well equipped and clean. We had everything we needed!

Family vacation

Check in was seamless! Condo had everything we needed for our 9 day stay with out 7 & 4 year old. The pool area was great and the whole resort felt super safe. Close to the Disney Parks and some great family friendly restaurants. Would definitely book again!

Holiday Vacation

The home was clean and well maintained. Spacious living space and quiet neighbors. The beds were so comfortable that my wife wishes we had looked at the tags on the mattresses before we left🤣. It is close to everything we were going to do while there and there was a Walmart’s five minutes away. The club house and pool was clean and the hot tub was excellent. Loved the game room and was pleasantly surprised and impressed with the theater. Would and will recommend this home to everyone I know that’s going to Disney or Universal.

Our complaint was they only left 1 small roll of toilet paper, a half dollar size soap you were suppose to use for sink and tub, and small roll of paper towels. Definitely not enough for 5 people for 3 nights. We had to go to store to buy hand soap, shower soap, and more toilet paper and paper towels. This is not typical of most rentals.

Cozy beds

Clean, comfortable beds, everything we needed. Would not allow us to turn the Ac down, our temperature was stuck at 21. Shower Rod was not secure and fell more then once. Would appreciate darker curtains but that’s our preference. Overall it was nice and clean and price was affordable. 3 min walk to pool.

A few hiccups but excellent service

We recently stayed at Windsor Hills condo for a family vacation with our kids and parents. There was plenty of space in the condo for 6 of us. We did a couple of days at Disney and it was super easy to get there and park. We explored the Orlando area and did a day over to Kennedy Space Centre. The location of Windsor Hills was perfect. We loved the pool area and walking around the neighborhood in the evening. When we arrived we had a bit of an issue as the condo had not been cleaned from the previous renters. We called Evergreen and they found another condo in the complex that we were able to move to for the night and the cleaning crew came in the next morning. A bit of a hiccup but the service was great. We had asked for a late checkout a few times but it wasn't confirmed until 24 hours prior to us leaving. It would have been nice to know earlier. The condo could use a few items in the kitchen like extra dish cloths, tea towels and oven mitts but other than that we really enjoyed our stay at Windsor Hills and in particular this unit. If we are ever back in the Orlando area, we would 100% stay here again.

Not a bad place to stay while at Orlando attractions

The condo was nice. Not bad for the cost and a good amount of room for a family. Quite dated inside and lower end finishes. The exhaust fans in bathrooms are terribly loud. The shower heads were caked in some kind of buildup which effected the spray (holes were totally clogged) and the water pressure was awful. The coffeemaker was filthy inside. And the water on the door compartment was covered in mold. Some of the staff that works for the resort were downright rude and unfriendly. The pool closes at 10, some of us didn’t know that since we had just arrived. A woman came out and started barking orders at all of us to get up and get out. It was quite cold and my daughter wanted to put some clothes on so she asked if she could use the bathroom. The lady from the resort yelled at her, NO this place is closed!!! The people who let you in the gate at night are also the most unfriendly people too.

Nice property and provided the extra space we need for tournament and going to the parks. AC, washing machine, dryer dishwasher, oven all worked great. Bedding was clean and nice. Great Ceiling fan features which is super helpful. Big fan of the daily trash pick up and easy access to a nice pool made relaxing very easier. Key note as you prepare for arrival will need to make sure if you cooking to plan on having all your essentials like oil,seasonings etc. Enjoyed it and was in great shape.

The pool and location are awesome!

We stayed here for our Disney trip and it was so easy to get to all the parks and the property is amazing. The pool and water park were clean and fun for kids and the convenience store on site was great. They also had great poolside drinks. We hope to return. It was perfect.

Exactly what we needed!!

We loved it! The condo is spacious, the beds and bedding were comfortable, the kitchen was nicely stocked with what we needed, the location was fantastic for Disney! (If you’re going to SeaWorld, know that it’s an “easy” drive that often has lots of traffic.) We would 100% stay here again and we would highly recommend!
