Welcome to The Dream Weaver!

This 3 bedrooms/2 bathrooms top floor (4 th) with elevators is located in the ideal gated 5-stars Windsor Hills resort set away from the main road (and traffic), yet only 3 miles to Disney! It provides all the necessities for a fun and relaxing getaway. Very quiet condo on the top floor with elevators.
Quick walk to the community pool and water park. Fully equipped kitchen as well as brand new washer and dryer!

Just a block walk away, the resort boasts their walk-in pool with NEW WATER SLIDES and SPLASH PAD. The extensive playgrounds are fully fenced providing a safe place for children. There are also ping pong and pool tables, workout facility, game room, movie theatre and so much more! We are located only a short walk from the basketball, volleyball and tennis courts, putting green, grills and picnic tables as well as over-sized parking. We are very kid friendly with a pack n play, high chair, stroller in unit for your use!

Great stay near Disney!

We thoroughly appreciated this rental - great location and amazing amenities! The pool was such a treat. We loved the condo - clean and well thought out. Our boys loved the Star Wars themed bedroom and Mickey bathroom! Will return. Would recommend.

The Perfect VACATION VILLA/CONDO

We were so so impressed!! The perfect place for our Family!! 3 bedroom. Everyone has their own room. Full Kitchen. They supply alot. Its beautiful!! We want to come back. Felt Safe beautiful pool area.

Worst Experience

I booked this listing due to the fact it had 3 bedrooms. It was two adults, & the remaining were 4 small kids. I was bringing two of my nieces along to celebrate my two kids birthdays & one of my nieces birthday! After the host sent information pertaining to checkin it stated that if multiple cars were coming to advise them of the driver name, I did exactly that. After providing them the name of the other driver they texted me asking were the guest amount still the same. I advised them that it was two adults & the rest were kids. They advised me if I was planning to bring my two nieces we wouldn’t be allowed to come through the gate, due to the house only being able to accommodate 6 people. I tried to explain to them that both adults had small children that slept with them so there was an extra room. They continued to advise me that if my nieces arrived I wasn’t going to be able to be allowed through the gate. After that I had to make the executive decision to leave my two nieces behind due to not being able to be fully refunded. I texted them & advised them that it would only be 6 guest & to add second driver. They advised me that due to me telling them it was going to be 8 guest they wasn’t able to add the second car. I advised them that we haven’t even arrived to the facility (it was the day before) for them to even deny me access to entry & that it was stated in writing that they stated two cars were allowed. Wonderful place!

This place was very clean and big. We didn’t even utilize all the rooms. It was just my hubby and I and 2 toddlers. Checking in and out was super easy. The condo was beautiful. The only bad thing I could say is we didn’t know the pool was closed for the month of September for maintenance but the kids enjoyed the water park. We had a great time. Would def stay here again! Thanks again!

Beautiful Condo with all the amenities

We had an amazing stay. We were in close proximity to Disney and Seaworld. The listing and pictures were exactly as listed. Very clean and up to date. I especially liked that the kitchen was stocked with cleaning supplies and more than enough towels for daily use. I would book this again and would highly recommended to friends and family.

Perfect place to stay

The condo was beautiful, clean and close to so many restaurants, parks and attractions. It was very comfortable for a family of 5. The condo has everything you need including beach towel. I loved the screened in balcony. The pool was great, too. They have activities for kids every day, movie theatre, arcade and a cafe/market which was convinient for a quick lunch or dinner. The host was very responsive and answered all my questions. Check in at the gate was a little confusing. We were supposed to stay in the left lane to check it but the gate attendant was very helpful. We are very happy with our stay and would highly recommend it.

Great stay/location

Place was great, easy check-in process. Kids loved the pool area, close to Disney, shopping, and restaurant. I would recommend this place and come back to this location in the future!

Great place

Came here to celebrate our daughter's birthday at Disney. Great proximity to the parks. Great activities for tweens/teens. We enjoyed the pool daily after visiting the Disney parks. Condo was spacious, clean, and perfect for our stay. Would stay again.

Quick trip to Orlando

Clean, updated, everything was great. Would be nice to set air lower than 72 at night. Beds are firm. Kids loved it! Close to Disney although we didn’t go there. Would stay again.

Would stay again!

Great place and location. We had trouble getting in using the key pad upon arrival, but I contacted the management company and Karen got us in quickly. She even made sure to follow up the next day as did the owner Michel. The matter was completely resolved the next morning and we had no other issues. The condo was clean, comfortable and very nicely decorated. The only thing I could recommend would be memory foam mattress pads on the beds. The mattresses in all the rooms were a bit hard and uncomfortable, but not the worst we've ever slept on. Overall, this was a great place to stay! I would definitely book again, and I would recommend this place to anyone else interested.

Condo was very neat and had everything we needed. Everything was clean and worked as it should. Pool and Slides were great. Close drive to Disney. Also a short walk to the pool which is very convenient.

Perfect for a short getaway with teens. Visited the Magic Kingdom and Universal. Loads of good restaurants a short drive away! Walmart around the corner if you need anything.

Comfy Convenience for Disney Trip

Our family of 6 was super cozy in this well-maintained condo in a quiet neighborhood. Only 10-15 minutes drive (with traffic) to and from the Disney parks helped us get kiddos in bed quickly and not waste any more time commuting than a Disney bus would have but this 3 bed 2 bath condo offered a much better price!

Windsor hills is a very attractive and gated community. It is just 5 minutes away from Disney World's main gate, 15 minutes from Sea World and Universal Studios, plus you can also discover the many nearby Gulf and Atlantic costal attractions (e.g. Busch Gardens; Kennedy Space Center, and a wide variety of other recreational activities, such as golfing and fishing). For those who love to shop, the house is just 10 minutes away from many great outlet malls. Additionally, there is a large plaza offering many restaurants, various shops and a 24hr grocery store, located in the corner of 192.

The close proximity to the Disney World theme parks makes it very practical. You can go to the parks as soon as they open, and then as the crowd begins to grow (and temperatures go up), you can go back home, which is only 10 minutes away, and enjoy the pool, have a regular lunch (which is far much cheaper) and maybe even a nap! Then as the daytime crowd begins to fade, return to the parks (reenter is free) and see the parade, action, and fireworks in the cool of the evening!
