This was a great, clean home, and we enjoyed our stay at the house! The area was nice, the community is in a bay area so it's calm but murky. A lot of little critters to find in the shallow water, and really good for skim boarding. We did visit Mexico beach up the road for some more clear water/waves a couple of days. The kids loved all of the extra activities with bikes, games, and going for rides on the golf cart. We also visited the community pool which is awesome, and the ice cream shop in the community almost daily. There are a lot of neat places close by to go as well!

We had an amazing time. Everything is a close golfcart ride away, nice and friendly community, bike rides were a hit with the kids!! House is very nice with alot of nice and pretty accents!!! Amazing experience!!!

Clean, loaded home with every amenity needed for a wonderful family beach trip. Responsive host with custom app for the home/trip. Couldn't ask for a better stay. Would gladly stay there again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at the Blue Heron. The house was perfect for our crew of 8. Upon arrival the house was immaculate. Christine had thought of every detail. Even shampoo and conditioner was included! It was super nice that beach towels were included and the kids loved the bicycles. We all enjoyed the golf cart. The pools were nice and just a short golf cart ride away. I would definitely rent from Christine again. She was easy to access and quick to respond to any needs we had.

This house had absolutely everything we needed for our stay and much more. It was also the cleanest house we have rented for a vacation! The communication with our host was easy and they provided very thorough and helpful information about the house and community. We had a great stay and would definitely book this house again!

Have you ever traveled to a place with your family, only to discover they don’t have a blender, coffee maker, filters, or even an air fryer? Well, this location was meticulously assessed by a professional host. They provide everything you need for your vacation, from liners for the air fryer to a nice coffee station. They even have a highchair available if you bring an infant. The place was very clean and equipped with everything we needed. Communication was seamless, and everyone in my party was impressed with the house. I have traveled with families on summer vacations for years, and this has been the best host we have ever had.Thanks, God, the house comes with the golf cart because walking to the beach is a good 20 minutes, and you can't go to the nearest beach with your regular car because the access is only for golf carts.The backyard has a nice view, grill, and patio for enjoying coffee or night fire.I highly reccomned this proiperty.

Quite possibly one of our favorite rental properties! Attention to detail around every square foot of this home! "Every need and want met" best describes this hassle-free, modern, exceptionally clean, and meticulously configured Florida coastal beach townhome. This is an "experience-driven property" nestled in a newly developed beach community with tasteful decor, comfortable furnishings, modern/new appliances, and a very thoughtful owner who has labeled every last light switch and marked every safety precaution (e.g., steps). We felt we received great value for the amenities, space, and comfort. The photos do not "oversell" and certainly are understated for the spaciousness and warmth of the space. The back patio area has a calm, peaceful setting, facing a pond and a preserve with a nice fire pit and seating area. The home even included a fun golf cart to conveniently catch a sunset at nearby WindMark Beach. The owner's communication is prompt, friendly/warm/courteous, and service-oriented. This property is truly one of a kind for a beach town getaway. Thank you for a comfortable and memorable experience!

The house was pretty large with four bedrooms and two baths. The rooms were very well taken care of. The kitchen had labels on all the drawers and many items for cooking, making it very easy to keep track of where everything was. The garage was the best part because it had an arrangement of different items for different activities including bikes, ping-pong, chairs, an umbrella, a golf cart, and some boards. Overall this place led to a very enjoyable trip and was close to the beach. Would recommend!!

The owner thought of everything. I have never rented a home so well equipped with beach equipment and other needed items. The house is beautiful and was spotless. The host responded right away and addressed my one minor concern.
