Regardless of the number of guests booked, both the main house and the detached studio are included in your stay.

Other things to note:
+ Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis with pre-approval needed. Fee is $100 PER pet with a 2 pet limit. No cats allowed.
+ Extra guest fee is $25/night/guest
+ Please let us know if you need firewood. We can add it on for $35 per 1/4 rick.
