Rockrose- Perfect multifamily home

Thank you for your feedback, Tim. We’re glad Rockrose’s size, deck, parking, and comfortable rooms worked well for your group and that you enjoyed your time together. We’re sorry some guests were cold and that you experienced an issue with the garbage disposal. We first learned of these concerns through your review. Maintenance has since fixed the disposal in about five minutes. The large room with twin beds has a heater, and additional portable heaters are available at the home. We would have been happy to help your group locate and use them. The nonworking switches/lights are labeled and do not affect essential guest amenities. We provide one bath towel per guest, with two washers, two dryers, and plenty of laundry detergent available to refresh towels during a stay. We appreciate your feedback about the interior. We encourage guests to call or message us with any concerns during their visit so we can address them promptly and help everyone enjoy a comfortable stay. If you don't share, we don't know.
