Great stay!

We had a good time at this property right on the river. The location was fabulous and the response from management was always prompt and kind.

Great Stay!

The condo was perfect for the 5 of us. We really enjoyed the comfortable layout and kitchen area where we always congregate. Access to the hot tub was great after full days of skiing.

Great property at the Beav

Nice, spacious condo, we really enjoyed our stay. Had everything we needed. Great location, ~10 minute walk to the gondola.

Great stay and location

Overall, it was a great unit to stay in for our family of six and easy access to the mountains and town. The only downside was the hot water in the showers didn't last long (which i am sure can be easily fixed)

Great riverfront condo

We really enjoyed this home on the riverfront, as it was very well designed and decorated. It was a great place to relax and enjoy the mountains during the summer.

Family getaway

Wonderful spot, right along the river for natures best sound machine. Everything we needed, comfortable beds and plenty of space for my family.

great condo in a great location.

Location and interior of condo was great. Disappointed the hot tubs were all closed despite the listing saying otherwise. Overall would stay again

Great location on the river

Place was nice and clean. Love the sound of the river flowing at night with windows open. Very spacious and close to everything.

Perfect Apartment

This was a perfect location for us. We were visiting family in Avon and we were only 5 minutes from everything. Also perfectly located from the sightseeing we did in Vail & Breckinridge with hiking trails and beautiful views

Quaint and Quiet

Great property. This condo is so quiet and was perfect for our family. Also love the split level. Absolutely great location being about 2 blocks from beaver creek.

Great overall experience!

I would highly recommend this condo unit and property owner to anyone. The condo was nice, spacious, and located as close as you can be to Beaver Creek resort. The property owner was very accommodating and really went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied.

Quick Getaway

Perfect spot for a quick ski weekend. I was up there with my wife and five year old. We hit the mountain three days and it was easily accessible through a short walk to the Westin Gondola. I would highly recommend.

Quick Ski Weekend

The condo is great, a short walk to the BC Gondola and town. The unit was perfect for our group with enough room for everyone to spread out and a well stocked kitchen. The check was simple and communication with the host was great. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony overlooking Eagle Creek at the end of the day as an added bonus.

Spring Break Ski Trip

The condo was perfect, a great place for our family of 5. The river runs right outside the balcony. Plenty of room and the kitchen is well stocked with spices. Good location- walk or drive to shopping and a 5-10 minute walk to the Westin Gondola. There were even separate towels for the hot tub.

Nice location, nice property

We've stayed at many different locations around Vail. We are happy we chose to stay in Avon. This property had everything is said it would. It was nice to actually have some useful supplies to cook meals. The little things mean a lot. Thank you for helping us have a home away from home. We definitely would want to stay here again in the future.
