First Visit to Vegas

This is a great little property that would be suitable for small family - no more than 3 or 4 (2 parents and 2 kids). The place was very clean, well kept, and a great view. We had a small problem with the TV, but the owner was very responsive and quickly addressed it. Its about a 10 minute walk to the Strip

Great property in a great location

This was a great property in a good location - close to the strip and MGM. Everything was as described and was perfect for a few days getaway in Vegas.

Clean, comfortable no fuss housing for AWS re:Invent

Room with kitchenette was perfect for a week in Vegas for AWS re:Invent. The only downside is how far EVERYTHING is in Vegas from the Signature. That said, nothign a 30 min walk during the day, and 30 uber at night can't fix.

Perfect Location

Stayed for a long weekend with my hubby to watch a show. Location was perfect! Was easily able to walk to MGM Grand and take trams up and down the strip. It was super close to Live Dolby Theater which was awesome! This unit is located in an upscale “hotel like” building. Kitchen amenities are simple, the Starbucks downstairs is a perk. The unit is clean and the owner is easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay again!

Great spot

All the other positive reviews were very accurate and it was a great spot that was quiet but still a close walk to the MGM grand and the main strip. We got unlucky and the pools were closed due to air quality the day we were going to use them. Was very clean and bed was very comfortable. Would book it again.

Great location

Location was perfect and communication with host was quick with responding. Check in was easy. Staying in this tower made it easy to get to pool, casino and restaurants. Would recommend this listing to others.

Quiet tower but close enough

Quiet tower with no noise at night, calm pools. But also very close to the mgm casino, pools, and strip. Host Mark is great. Quick to respond and good communicator. Thank you

We would defiantly stay here again!

The unit was very clean and comfortable with good amenities. It was really nice not have an unexpected resort fee added. The staff were helpful and friendly and the free valet parking was a plus!

Worked well for us

Good size and layout. Clean. If you like a firm mattress this isn’t the bed for you. If you prefer soft/cushy mattress you’ll like it.

I love staying at the Signature.

This room is located in Tower 1. This location is walkable to the strip or you can walk into the side of Planet Hollywood. It is also an all indoor walk over to the MGM, which is awesome if it is raining. It was very easy to utilize the pool/lazy river at the MGM. You just scan your room key and you are in. The pictures of the room are accurate. The valet service is quick and easy, along with check in. The issues I had were the stained carpets and upholstery, the carpet could have been vacuumed a little more as there was still stuff on the floor. I would 100% stay here again.

Perfect Place for a Family

Room was very spacious, bed was very comfortable and it was so quiet at night. The bathroom is amazing! The view is great and the location is perfect. We enjoyed the pool and walked to the MGM many times for meals. The proximity to the Miracle Mile shops was very convenient too. We love that this place is on the strip but doesn’t have the smoky casino-exactly what we wanted. Will definitely stay here again!

Quiet, comfortable stay

High floor as promised, quiet very comfortable suite met our needs perfectly. Had complete use of all MGM facilities too. Definitely recommend.

I'm live in Charlotte, NC and have enjoyed visiting Las Vegas since my first visit in 1987 (stayed at the Dunes which is approximately where the Bellagio Fountains are now!). I have 3 properties at Signature on VRBO (listings 344994 & 397813) and a beach property in Holden Beach, NC (listing 751993).

In 2010 I closed on a 23rd floor strip side unit in tower 3, that was a short sale. I've had good experience renting it through VRBO, and purchased a 15th floor strip side unit in tower 3 in January 2012, and then this 23rd floor strip side unit in tower in June 2012.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

The view from the 23rd floor of tower 1 is fantastic! There is a nice view of City Center (Mandarin & Aria), Monte Carlo and NY NY. The climate controlled walkway with moving sidewalks will have you at the MGM Convention Center/Pool Entrance and Studio Walk is just a couple minutes. The MGM monorail stop is just around the corner as well.

Personally I use the onsite exercise room daily, and the free wireless internet for my guests is widely appreciated (there is nothing worse than having to pay $15-20 daily to check your e-mail!)

Each of the 3 Signature towers has a pool and hot tubs. The pool in the middle (at tower 2) is heated year round at 85 degrees and gets plenty of winter time use. Guests can also use the very nice MGM pool during season at no cost.

The hot tubs are operational year round, including of course the ones at the tower 1 pool, and are nice in the colder months.
