Los Angeles is waiting for you at this Duplex Casita. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay.. There is a cozy light filled living room, separate dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, office area separate from the main living and sleeping spaces. Relax in the king sized bed with a memory foam / hybrid mattress, extra pillows and comfortable bedding. There is a mix of black out drapes along with sheer curtains that flank the two large bedroom windows so you can choose your preference of ambiance. The bathroom has a vintage feel with a deep tub / shower combo, large mirrored vanity and good sized countertop. When it comes to location, the Casita is within walking distance or a short stop away from famous sightseeing spots, great shopping, notable eateries, the best museums, comedy venues, art galleries and relaxing parks. It is within walking distance to The Grove, The Original Farmers Market, Erewhon, Whole Foods & Trader Joe’s. Surrounding areas areas include West Hollywood, Beverly Hills, The Sunset Strip, Korea Town, Hancock Park, Larchmont, Hollywood and much more. The neighborhood has an urban vibe with a mix of old world charm vintage properties and modern homes. It is lively by day yet peaceful by night.

When it comes to the rental unit, it’s cozy yet spacious and uncluttered with an homey feel. I’ve done my best to create a space that is not basic but rather more creative and welcoming.
The property is located on a corner so even though it is part of a duplex, the entrances are separated offering more privacy.
