Alpine Clubhouse
* The pool deck offers plenty of shade and sunshine, a view of the ski slopes and a 20×40 pool that is 3 ft – 8 ½ ft, as well as a wading pool just deep enough for little ones with a cascading rain drop umbrella to add to the fun.
* The clubhouse has changing rooms and showers (bring your own towels) as well as a game room with pool table, foosball, air hockey, video game and a game table for chess and checkers.
* Concessions are available during open hours.

South Clubhouse
* The South Clubhouse features a 58,000 gal swimming pool with sections from 1ft. – 9 ft., tennis courts, shuffle board, horseshoes and a kid’s playland enclosure for children 12 and under.
* Meeting rooms are available for reunions, groups and retreats for an additional fee.
* The Clubhouse game room has pool tables, ping pong, foosball table, checkers, chess and video games as well as a small “home style” work out room with a universal gym and other equipment to help you stay in your exercise routine.

North Clubhouse
* The North clubhouse offers three swimming pools, lighted tennis courts, paved walking trail, ping pong, foosball, and assorted yard games.
* The North tennis courts are open year round for your enjoyment. If your day is full, try playing an evening game, the lights for the courts are on timers until midnight.
* You can bring your own tennis equipment or you are welcome to use ours during open hours.
* The North clubhouse also has a private banquet room available at an additional charge for family gatherings, meetings, wedding receptions and other events!

Mynatt Park Playground
* The new playground at Mynatt Park has officially opened! Located 3 miles away, this vibrant and inclusive recreational area is designed for children of all ages and abilities, representing an exciting milestone in the park's ongoing renovation.

Pet Policy
* This property does allow pets. We allow up to 2 dogs per reservation with a 50lb weight limit each. You must select the number of pets when making your reservation to have them included in your reservation. A pet fee of $125 applies to reservations with pets.

Military, Veteran, Police & Firefighter Discount
* We are proud to offer all Current Military, Veterans, Police & Firefighters a 5% discount. In order to receive this discount, you must make your reservation first then send us a message with a copy of your proof of service. The name on the reservation and payment must match the name on the proof of service. We will then refund 5% of the accommodation back to you in the resolution center the day after your check-in.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the whole home, excluding the owner's closet.

Getting Around:
There is parking space for 4 vehicles. We highly suggest not to bring a tow behind trailer to this property.

Starter Pack and Linens: Included are towels, hand towels, washcloths, makeup wipes, sheets, quilts, extra blankets, pillows, and more. You will receive a sponge, dishwasher pods, detergent pods, travel-size shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, bar soap, and other extras we like to surprise you with.

Interaction with Guests:
You may check in any time after 4pm. Your digital access code will be sent to you 24 hours prior to arrival. You will not need to pick up keys to access the home.
